If Joe Smith can hit and wobble Bivol with an overhand right...do we really really think that Beterbiev won't get to him over 12 rounds....Everyone is assuming that Beterbiev is just a puncher....his boxing skill and his Boxing IQ is underrated and he is so sneaky setting traps...the only thing I worry is the injuries...but I'm counting on the way he looks after his self and his commitment and his fierce will to win....He believes and I think this Monster stays unbeaten ...and it would be some performance if he could stop Bivol

Great as always lads. Beterbiev has been hurt before and has climbed off the canvas to win. We haven't seen Bivol properly hurt yet so not sure how he'll react. Head says Beterbiev but who fucking knows!

Outside of boxing this fight is absolutely nothing to people, I don't even think it's been advertised properly which is unusual for Turki and the Saudis.. Obviously for us it's HUGE!!!! Beterbiev KO but not confident at all it could go either way this is why it's an epic fight

Im picking Beterbiev on points. I think his underrated Boxing skills and footwork will match Bivol’s ,with the difference being that Artur will be able to hurt Bivol and come out on top in the exchanges. I’m a fan of both and it’s a genuine pick ‘em fight.

I'm aware there is a difference in overall boxing ability, but I can't help but see this playing out in a similar way to Usyk-Gassiev. Power is always a massive factor, but I think against a boxer as technically gifted and methodical as Bivol it won't be as influential as many expect.

I've got Bivol winning. No outcome would surprise me, both are top tier. However, boxing history tells us at 39, even if you've looked great, all it takes is the wrong style to make you look 39. I think Bivol is that style. Even a late stoppage win for Bivol won't surprise me, not a clean KO but accumulation. He's statistically the most accurate and best defence in boxing over the last few years. Extremely hard to beat and the perfect style to shine a light on an opponents age and make them look old overnight. I don't think Bivol needs great power to deter Beterbiev. His ridiculous accuracy and combinations can keep anyone off and make them think twice. I might be completely wrong of course, it's a proper 50/50. But it's more fun making a clear prediction.

Outside of the boxing community, no one knows Bivol or Berbetiev so def isn't a more known fight than Crawford v Spence. Even with Saudi pushing the promos. Heavyweights will always grab the casuals because of the history of it. I think it's a good card from a UK point of view but less so the U.S now Shakur not on the card.

Yes guys this is one for the True Boxing Fan, To me right up there with Ali Frazier , Leonard Hagler, Lewis Tyson , Fury Usyk as in An Even War in Elite Boxing Skills I see it this way, Don't Hurt Beterbiev cos he instantly turns into a Terminator and Destroys the opponent, go back and watch his fights, Bivol has to stay in middle of ring for 12 can't see it , cos once he get pushed onto ropes he's in a whole new world of hurt that he's never known , real hurt Finest Fight in Boxing This Century 👌 Beterbiev KO#21 rnds 6 - 10 Great Review Guys 👏👏👏👏

Bivol to win on a late stoppage on cuts and he’s well ahead on the cards. But as previously mentioned we haven’t seen Bivol get hit like he’s going to get hit on Saturday so it could be a Beterbiev KO - I can’t wait!

I’ve got a clear vision of this fight. Think Bivol will start bright and lively behind the jab, but I think Beterbiev will hurt Bivol as early as the 2nd round. By the 5th Bivol will be drawn into a fight that he doesn’t want to have and may even drop Beterbiev. But I fully expect Bivol to be stopped on his feet around the 10th round.

Bivol is good enough skill wise However, he is not big enough, strong enough or powerful enough to keep Beterbiev off him. Sooner or later, Beterbiev will land something significant and then his predator instincts will kick in

I see Bivol getting the points win. Beterbiev is a beast...no doubt. But at 39, almost 40...with recent injury...this might be just a step too far. Ok, people said that Callum Smith may expose the age. But let's face it, as good as Smith is, he is no Bivol. Smith got beaten down by Canelo. Yet Bivol toyed with the great Mexican. Bivol UD.

We've never seen Bivol in any kind of trouble. How many rounds has he lost ?? Beterbiev has been down against Callum johnston and looked vulnerable for a minute there straight afterwards. He was troubled albeit briefly against Yarde too. That's the only thing to seperate them, in my opinion. It's Bivol for me.

Bivol has dissuaded every fighter from being too ambitious, including Ramirez. Here’s the thing, Ramirez took so many heavy shots from Joe Smith jr, and just walked right through it all without blinking…but Bivol stopped him from coming forward, and remember on fight night Ramirez was a reported 205lbs, where as Bivol was 183lbs..so he hits hard enough as he stopped the KO’s after the head injury with Barrera. It’s not that he couldn’t get the KO (11 out of 13KO), he chose to play safe …because it was safe AND easy…

Adam banking very heavily on indications from the Canelo fight, but unlike Canelo Beterbiev is not tiny in comparison. Beterbiev has a longer reach than Bivol. Pendulum step = Beterbiev clocking his timing. Beterbiev KO by round 9.

When I saw the mini-movie they made for this fight, I got so excited about where fight sports are heading. My God, it was brilliant! Now, if we could get the UFC to put a bit more into the promotion, that would be great. I think their promotion of fights over the last couple of years has been poor. I think at the moment, they've gotten fat and lazy, and it's a pity and breaks my heart.

@@FightDisciples that’s fair enough. However, personally, I don’t think discussing it for 20 minutes will help. I’d prefer to hear a bit more about the backstories of both these guys. I think if more people knew about that side of things it would be more appealing for more fans. I think it was also overlooked a little that both are Russian and due to the obvious reasons, that means that their country fans can’t engage through social media the rest of the world. Usyk is Ukrainian and sold the fighting on the front line as part of his more recent recognition ahead of the big AJ and Fury fights which expanded the global reach. Some discussion is fine and it’s frustrating I’m sure, however the circumstances of 2 Russian fighters who don’t talk much is probably a big factor too. As I said, would have personally preferred more discussion around their amateur careers and more technical analysis.
