Fair play to you, My guess is if you take this far enough you will win. Big companies will ignore it until they can't any more, because most people will give up after basic threats to sue are ignored. The legality is in your favour as far as I can see. Interested to see how this works out.

Hi mate. thank you very much for your comment. this law suit is against a fraudulent buyer, paypal is the next one i will be fighting.

Well done Edward, fair play to you for sticking with this and wish you every success. Just on PayPal, have you considered raising a complaint to the FCA? They should view your case objectively and will force PayPal to act if they find in your favour. Amongst PayPal's other failings, it sounds like they haven't even treated your communications as a complaint - which they are duty bound to do.

Hi mate. thank you for your comment. this is all the way mate, then if i win i will look at taking on paypal, because if i win this case it will set a president that the buyer should not have been refunded and by not being given a recourse paypal should be liable.

This is fantastic I used to sell game controllers on their, the amount of times I've been ripped off by scumbags wanting a freebie abusing the system and ebay just couldn't give a single toss, happened way too often, i just sell privately locally know. Good luck with your case good sir!!

Good luck with it.PayPal would probably rely on data protection rules for not giving out credit card details🤔

Hi thank you for your comment. i agree they will rely on data protection. however if paypal are not going to dispute these for us then there has to be some way of fighting back legally.

Hi. thank you for your comment. if i win this case then it shows i was right and the charge back should never have been allowed, i will then have a basis to show it was not handled fair and i will take paypal to court also.

Sounds like you sold it as non-functional, and they complained that it didn't function properly. I wonder what their claim would be if you had removed the wiring completely. I've been on the other end of this. Once had a shipping company decided that they wanted more money after they delivered the package. The bank sided with me.
