Please make a video tutorial on each pose individually focusing on alignment and other key points because whenever I follow your yoga flow I feel I'm doing wrong my alignment isnt like yours ..please guide me in this regard

I love your videos ❤️ I always go back to your channel and I feel satisfied and comlplete after every class 😊 is it okay to request for a deeper backbend class? I have been working towards kapotasana and it really feels that my feet are miles away haha plus my back, shouders, and hip flexors feel very very tight ❤️🙏 Namaste 🙏🥰

I know hips can store emotions....I used to hate melasana. Now I love it. Except I sometimes feel panicky.

Hi YogaMom! It’s wonderful to see you! Yes, I used to hate malasana too. The panicky feeling you’re experiencing is most likely connected to some stored emotions. Try to stick with it and breathe if you can, but don’t overdo it. Things release when they’re supposed to. There’s no need to push anything. Lots of love to you and yours! 💖😘
