I'm having so much trouble with some of the poses do you do a flaxablet class because I am not very flaxable I'm a big girl and my tummy gets in the way please help

Hello Chica, don't worry about being flexible, your flexibility will increase as you continue to practice. Keep your feet and legs hips distance apart to make room for your tummy. Do the best that you can. The important thing is to keep practicing. If the classes get too difficult for you, go back to the beginning and start from there. There's no need to complete the course in 30 days. Take your time and do what you can. Moving and breathing is the important thing...do what you can and remember to thank yourself for taking your practice! xoxo

Nine days in, and I haven't missed a day yet. I'm liking the difficulty curve; it's still very appropriate for a beginner series, but it does also seem to be gradually getting slightly more intense. I've done weekly hour-long yoga classes before, but this is a perfect way to get back into it and make it part of my regular schedule. I definitely plan on going right into your 90-day series after this, it's already helping me sleep better and even seems to be curbing my depression. Thank you for making these available Leslie, this suits my lifestyle and schedule much better than being in a large class, and of course this also makes it much easier to make it a daily routine. p.s. I love how you're replying to all of the comments below, it really makes it clear that you're doing this because you genuinely believe in making yoga more accessible and inclusive for more people.

+Zac Spurgeon I'm so happy that you're joining our 30 days. You're correct...the classes do get gradually more intense. My hope is to help people become ready for the 90 day series. I'm stoked that you're planning to continue. I agree that many times it's much more convenient to practice yoga at home. Plus, many people around the world don't have access to yoga studios. Yes, I absolutely care about people having access to yoga classes! I'm glad to know that it comes through. :-)

A true beginners series! I’m not a novice but am a musician with injuries. Ive been too scared to go to yoga classes as its hard to do the exercises at the basic level when everyone looks pro! I’m feeling stronger already. I could barely hold myself up on downward dog but it felt good today. Many thanks from Australia.

I'm a true beginner when it comes to Yoga, so as this video started I was not prepared as it mentioned using a strap. I honestly find Yoga intimidating as it is, so I paused the video, and I debated on continuing... I was frustrated, mainly with myself as I was making a decision to stop, instead of just getting the belt from my closet and continuing on. I just sat there for a moment, wondering what I was so afraid of, what was holding me back...I got the belt, put the intimidation aside, restarted the video and continued on. I'm not fond of the extra things (straps and blocks) yet... but I did it. Thank you for your videos.

Im loving this challenge its kept me grounded and centred in the midst of moving interstate, 20 minutes everyday makes such a difference, being this busy I would normally probably drop all my practises but this being short and sweet its been absolutely a god send, Im committed, packing my yoga mat in my suitcase so I can continue thank you Lesley xo

I am loving this 30 day challenge. It's the first time in years I have been able to follow a yoga tutorial without getting pain in my knees within the first couple of days. At 64 I'm not expecting miracles, even if I have to do the 30 days on repeat I feel that's progress from not being able to manage any but I hope to progress to the 90 days. Thank you so much Lesley

Your videos are wonderful, I've tried other teachers and I always find myself coming back to your practices. I've actually decided to use one of the books from your 90 day yoga fix "The Happiness Advantage" in my Thesis presentation, it really is a great book all around. I was looking on Facebook page and it appears the last update was in November. Elmer is adorable! I had to make a two-day pause because my toddler was sick and wouldn't let me sleep much, so I didn't have the energy to wake up earlier to practice yoga. But now I'm back and feeling awesome! Thank you for this class!

I'm asking myself several questions. Will it get any easier? It takes me a lot of effort to keep the stretch at the beginning with the band, I also don't get my leg pulled that far or the right leg to the right. Of course I only go as far as I can, or better said it is still pleasant. However, I wonder if there will be any progress? Just like that I have with the Down Dog also the feet not completely flat on the ground.

Hi Leslie. I have done every single one of your classes thus far whether or not it will be beneficial to me I did it anyway. I broke my ankle on Christmas night and up to then, I considered myself intermediate to advanced. I was in a cast for ten weeks and am now in physiotherapy to regain strength and flexibility in my ankle. I am now able to do some asanas as much as my ankle will allow me to do. However I am unable to do mulasana as its too much pressure for my ankle to bare yet. My hips are not the problem as they are open enough. Is there another pose I can do in place of mulasana just until my ankle can take the pressure again?

So sorry to hear about your ankle. You can try doing chair pose with your feet hips with apart. Track your knees over your middle toes. Think malasana but in chair pose. I hope that helps. :)

I must say that after my favourite app went off the market, your videos became good re-start with yoga for me. But I really lack the statics in poses. The switches between poses are sometimes too dynamic for me and I don’t have much time to consider with what muscles I do it. Or also staying in some pose, just starting to feel that needed stretch, and the pose switches… just a small thing I would like to be changed, as sometimes dynamics is not that good. Not in yoga
