Poor Franklin Pullian, was a victim of 4 evil people. This case is so sad when a young man lost his life at the hands of 4 despicable, diabolical and abhorrent individuals who only cared about money. Franklin didn’t have to die but unfortunately, he passed away in a horrific way. I hope these 3 individuals encounter in prison the same fate as Franklin did. I can’t prove it but I suspect it. My ex wife once she got in contact with her biological mom took out a life insurance policy out on me. Then they made me believe I was getting a great deal working for an electrical company owned by a friend of my ex wife’s mother. I went in for an interview and he didn’t even look at my resume. He just said “I giving you a shot at this.” I was told I would start the schooling and be an apprentice on work sites. The second I got to my first job they threw me in with no experience, no schooling and asked me to do random things directly involving dangerous situations. I felt very uneasy during that time. It was some of the worst of my life. Eventually I got out of that situation and divorced. During the period the divorce was going on I came upon some of my mail mixed in with my wife’s. As I sorted through it I discovered this unusual envelope with a company I had not heard of before. Since I was technically still married to her at that point since the divorce wasn’t final yet, and I knew she never opened or read her mail anyway, and I was curious, I opened it. I found the life insurance policy in my name for 250,000, if memory serves. I had all kinds of questions and my mind was racing. Again, I can’t prove that this was something they did with the idea something would happen to me eventually. You had to meet the family to see how crazy and devious they are. Some of them give you bad vibes from seconds of meeting them. Pure evil is the mother of my ex wife. I won’t go into detail about the things I had to endure but I will say to this day I wonder if I had stayed in that marriage if I would be alive today. I called the number on the policy and asked the representative how this policy was opened when I had no knowledge of it. They were very cooperative and since everything was in my name they were required and only required to speak to me about it. I stated what I believed had happened and demanded the money that was paid into it be refunded. They didn’t fight me on it. They refunded the money. After dealing with that I figured since she was good at math and with numbers memorized my social security number. She knew where I kept it. And at some point opened up the insurance policy after having new contact with her mother. The dates all showed this occurred after their reconciliation. And to top it off they were required in the annulment to return various belongings of mine left behind in my hasty attempt to leave when I felt things were bad enough and my car that was also in my name. Family picked me up and the car was left there with her and my dad and brother drove me back home 8 hours away. They were required to return the car in the condition I left it. They didn’t. My dad did a walk around and found damage to the front driver side bumper. He pulled it back with his finger and it practically hung off. Looked like there was an accident of some kind and they tried to glue it back in place. Nobody would explain how that happened. But here’s how I figured it out. Of course my ex wife has an impulsive, careless nature. I knew her better than she knew me. I asked for them to prove they had insurance on my car while it was in their possession. She sent me this blurry picture of some form of something. I really couldn’t make anything out of it. So I did things to enhance the image on my computer and I was able to make what appeared to be a phone number barely legible. I dialed it. It was a local insurance company there in town where she lived. I asked my questions and the agent said he issued insurance to my wife for the car described. And he also said that an accident report was filed but when they reached out to complete it, they got no answer. I asked him to tell me any details about the report and it just said they hit a mattress on the highway. Supposedly they had a wrong number so I gave them my wife’s and they contacted her about the accident and she was required to pay for the damage. But the point is- yes. It’s very easy to take a life insurance policy out on someone. You don’t need much information. The most important is the social security number. Everything else is just basic information like your name, address, DOB, etc. The people I spoke to couldn’t confirm who issued the policy since I was confused. They said they thought it was me. I assured them it most certainly wasn’t.

So many of these cases involve insurance fraud. Very difficult to understand how these policies are so easy to get since proper verification is required. It may be differ in different states. Although I enjoy the forensic part of these shows there are so many techicalities that do not add up. Hard to believe sometimes.

I live in New Jersey, and I remember this sad story. My friends who live in Patterson told me about this tragic case a few years ago. Every time I visit my friends in Patterson, I think about Frankie, who didn't deserve to be murdered! It was cruel, henious, and heartless. E. Lee White's wife, Erna, should have also gone to prison for her role in this crime! All four individuals conspired to murder Frankie, and they all thought that nobody cared about him! How evil! I came close to losing my life in the same manner. I was married to a police woman from maypen police station Jamaica. After she gets the green card all she talked about is how I soon dead and I should go take out life insurance. I became suspicious of her because I found out she has a man and they were planning on living together. But even when she got the green card she still was not satisfied. She wanted money to buy a car and pay down on a house for her man. She knows I don't have anyone close to me or any family in stone mountain Georgia so she took advantage of me. Yes I was too trusting too. Tanisha Lawrence/ married to me Simpson/ now married Tanisha laroennis.. I hope one day the law catches up with her

What I don't understand about this case is, the case was highly suspicious right from the get go. Especially with the insurance polices. What mentally deficient person would make out an insurance policy for his boss? Why would he spend a major portion of the money he was making on polices for non relatives. Why did the insurance companies not become immediately suspicious and investigate? Why did the police not do that? Any 3rd rate private detective would have uncovered almost immediately that the signatures were forged.

If they went to the doctors that did the examination and showed a picture of the victim and asked is this the guy you examined. Also the insurance company could have checked the signatures and proved that they were forged. If that was done, they would not have to make the insurance claim payment until everything was fully investigated. Also the murder and circumstances should have most definitely made them realize it was murder and a more thorough autopsy would have been perfomred.
