Something about that scene makes this song get me every time. Zindane loses himself and continues to fight harder and harder enemies and each fight, at the brink of losing, more of his allies show up to help out and try to convince him that, as the song title says, "you're not alone." As simplistic and charming as the character design is there's some incredibly powerful moments in FF9 and this song's scene might just be my favorite in the entire series.

"You're late Zidane" One of my favorite parts of the game, yeah it's a bit corny but you see all of the character development bloom and see just how strong the bonds are between everyone in the party, especially between Daggar and Zidane. But what always struck me about this part was Steiner's line. You spend the whole game hating him because of how he treats Zidane, but at this part he not only risks his life to help him but he admits and shows his respect for him. Incredible game.

This song has to be my favorite from the entire game. There is so much emotion packed into it and i think that you did a fantastic job portraying every bit of it in this video. From the beginning to the end of could feel all the tension, joy and sadness from all of these scenes. Fantastic job

I remember playing this game with my brother when i was 10ish and he was 16. playing this song, brought a tear to my eye without me even knowing it for a good 2 minutes. the memories from this game are so powerful. i need to go and play through this again with him...for the memories.

Final Fantasy IX is my favourite game of the franchise. I remember being 11 playing this game in the darkness on our old PlayStation while my brother was off playing Halo on his Xbox. All of the sudden while I was all depressed by the story this music started and I was like "This is the most epic thing ever!"

This game is difficult to describe in words. The graphics were mind-blowing (for it's time), the story was completely thought out and unfolded from the beginning almost flawlessly, the characters were all likable, the gameplay was awesome. It's just near flawless. When a game can make you break into tears, you KNOW that it's simply amazing. I'd still want to go back and play it again, because it's that good. FFIX lives in mine, and everybody's hearts as one of the greatest games ever forged.

The thing I loved about this song was the fact that it played beautifully to what was happening during the event. It climaxed during the parts where the teammates join in, and it just really fit together perfectly - this scene and the end scene are my two favourite parts of this game :)

this really pulled me it to its world. and the inner conflict to went on between the character seemed so genuine and had well considered reasons for why they felt that way, exception of course to Zidane and who he got so close to dagger at the beginning.

FFIX was a game I truly fell in love with. It brought me characters that I could get to know. Characters that each had they're own obstacles and characters I would interact with to find a deeper meaning to them. I'll admit there were some of them that I didn't like at first (Quina and Steiner) but by the end I loved and grew attached to everyone of them. FFIX will always remain my favorite Final Fantasy.

THANK YOU! Someone who doesn't think that a FF game is only good if it's the same as all the others. I LOVED how 13 changed up the formula. Don't get me wrong, I liked 7, and LOVED 9 (My personal favorite FF), but 13 is just so unique. I think people are just so stuck in the past. Crisis Core, VIII, IX, and X were and are my all time favorites. They were simply magnificent in every way---the stories and the characters---the gameplay and the music---everything was just brilliant. I will never falter my belief about Final Fantasy 9 being the best game Square has ever made. The characters bring in morals for any age gamer, and the plot draws in emotional responses to the events that take place; I mean, seriously, who wasn't ecstatic over Zidane and Garnet finding each other in the end? It was foreseeable, I will admit, but the heroism that took place to get the two lovers into that final hugging embrace made it undeniably phenomenal.

I personally don't exactly have all the FF's, yet, but some of the characters in the series a lot of people can relate to, like little ol' Vivi, because he came over a bunch of his fears on the journey through the 4 discs. And because everybody has at least has that scared little child in themselves when they were young. One last little comment, the video seemed to just end, and just not disapate like a lot of other videos, but still good.
