Using the all glass extension as a dining room hybrid work space that transforms into a second bedroom when you turn the table over and rest it on the benches and out a mattress on top is genius. Or an area for your animals to sleep. Add curtains or blinds or a slider and it’s truly a guest room. The storage under the television and the lighting along the ceiling plus the glass extended sun room is what makes it so amazing. The glass extension is by far what sets them apart. So many uses. Dining room. SECOND BEDROOM if you add curtains or a slider at the entrance of the glass extension. A seating area. A garden room. A Pet area. A WORK SPACE. The list goes on and on.

This is so futuristic looking🚀 I’ve never seen a prefab of any size with this much storage. A couple with cloths for all occasions will have no problem living in one of these. And then there’s the lighting…..Clearly gives it a wow factor. 😍 Another killer video Kerry. You rock. 😎

I love the home. But......how comfortable is the bed really. Often these couches converted to beds aren't very comfortable and the bed also looks like it wouldn't sleep two all that comfortably either. Other than that, the storage is phenomenal and so is the kitchen.

OK, now you have found it! This would be my first choice of all the prefabs you have shown. Even a kitchen that isn’t a wet bar! I am impressed! The price is fair considering all that storage. I am looking for a smaller footprint, but dang it, I have sTUFF. That even has room for the few heirloom items I’m saving for grandies. I like it. I really, really like it. Thank you, Kerry!

Very interesting, thanks for touring these! I like the design, though personally would prefer to have used a bit more of the kitchen space for a living room that doesn’t need conversion from the bed. And they should have made properly integrated dishwasher door, not the the two door solution. But love the glass box!

I was just in Barcelona... Had I known about this, I would have taken my own tour. I love the ultra contemporary look - just beautiful! That said, I don't think I would like having to convert my Bedroom to Living Room and back again every day. I'm the same while looking for a camper... I don't want to have to assemble my bed out of a dinette or something after a long day. I have a lot of trouble in my back, hips and knees... this would be cumbersome for me. Luckily, many choices are out there with Queen sized beds dedicated to the primary user's space. I wish some USA companies would push the envelope a bit further and come up with homes more like this one and the last one I saw you do from Latvia. I think the logistics of getting these to the US would be too costly for 500 SF.

Kerry! Once again, you did an excellent job. What a great home! I really love the stowaway bed. I would also consider using the kitchen table as a work area to change the view. I wasn’t sure about the glass extension until I saw relaxing in it. Also love the idea of them sending some to Puerto Rico. What a great place to test some of features and durability. Question on a different note. Was the haircut a customs requirement, or more of needing less head space? Either way, looking sharp! Keep up doing an excellent job!!

Good reporting. I wonder if they thought about changing the bed to something that raises to the ceiling. I am sure you get tired of unmaking/making the bed every time, especially for afternoon naps, if you are into such a thing....

For me, I'd want to be able to take baths which is so relaxing to me. I would want the sofa separate from the bed not sure where the living room space would be. I'd probably swap out the 'fishbowl' area for a living room with one large window on one side at least. It want to feel cozy, but this is functional. Thank you for the tour.

Nice look and thanks Kerry however this house is not suitable for the tropics. One you will cook inside even with a/c, which can be sporadic. Two how hurricane rated is it. Three the tropics are very humid and all closets and drawers need airflow or you get green mould. Four you need overhangs to keep sun out and when it rains it can rain sideways so over door areas you need an overhang. I lived in the tropics for a decade, did a renovation and I added more veranda space than indoor floor area for comfortable living🇨🇦

Looks great, most storage space I have seen for this size unit :) But, all those huge windows seem large for this size structure, and unless the windows are triple+ glazed, not too practical for colder climates than Southern Spain?

I'm fairly new to your channel. First I love that you are seeing some of these places. It's different then some of pictures you see. Can you tell me how tall you are? I'm looking for a place that supports 6'8 tall person, without having to bend going through doors. And wide enough for a heavy set person as well. Suggestions?

The layout of this home has a ton going for it. Finally a home for people who actually have some stuff and clothes that need a place. lol I don't think it would be allowed in most places in America though as I didn't see an egress window in the bedroom area and that's required here for fire safety. Looked like the only place to exit this home is the slider/main entry on the opposite end from the bedroom. The side windows are too narrow for egress (great for burglar deterrent though) and didn't look like they even opened. Did any of the windows open at all? Aside from that, it's the best use of space I've seen.
