The KEU Family is a small foot print prefab home that sleeps four people. A lot of the floor plans featured on my channel are designed for 1 or 2 people but today I'm going to show something built for four. Yes, the outside LED lighting is definitely a nice accent to the perimeter walking area. Wherever there is light there is a welcoming feeling and so this lighting works well.💜

The LED Lights are off the hook. It takes the futuristic look to another level. And not just the exterior lights but the Interior lights also. The Keu Family’s lighting needs to become the industry standard. 🏆 8 hours sleep is enough unless it’s January 1st. Then anything less than 12 hours of sleep will only lead to torture via brutal hangover. I speak from experience. 🥴 Awesome walk through Kerry. We’ll have to wait for another video to see your best cannonball. 😎

Thank Kerry... nice looking! White exterior makes a lot of sense in a hot weather climate. Not crazy about the floor led lighting.. not necessary.. unless you want to catch the bugs that run for the edges.

At conversion, the cost in $CDN is about $207. I figure shipping would be about $CDN15K to Canada as well as $CDN10K for transport to the site. I am assuming it comes in several crates and requires assembly by a trained person so figure another $20K there. You are probably looking at about $CDN250K by the time you have shipping, all the inspections, permits, and utility hookups as well as the assembly. The building inspection may require considerable access to the unit including inspection of framing, plumbing, electrical and structural access.

At over 150,000 USD not including site prep, delivery, or the Lot to place it on which can nearly double this price I can't really see this as a solution to most of the world's housing crisis, unless the government is covering the cost for low income people.

We all have to change the way we all think and prioritize luxuries in life. We should focus on the idea that less is more. Yes the price could be better but my comment was meant as a thought; not an absolute solution. We all have to adapt within our means. Negatively breeds more negativity.

Home manufacturers seem to have an aversion to front closets. To me, that's what makes or breaks the livability. But I live in Canada, where coats and muddy shoes are a daily consideration.

😬 $152,000 before site prep and delivery? From Spain and we're around $200k. If only every small manufacturer of these cool ADU style houses could all be combined into one company so we could get proper efficiency and scale so the cost on a cool modern ADU could be under $100k after all the costs are added up. If we want to solve the housing crisis with ADUs then the cost of the ADU can't be more than a third the cost of the main house.

It had never occured to me just how _strange_ it really is to dedicate entire rooms to an 'activity' that only takes up a fraction of each 24 hours. And it's an 'activity' you don't actually need much space for - since you just need a bed and somewhere to store clothes. I wonder why multi-purpose rooms aren't far more common ... or even the norm?

I found it a bit confusing when you switched between the bunk room and the main bedroom. It would be nice if you featured a floor plan before the walk-through rather than after. The camera cuts and angle changes with opening the door to the bathroom left me confused about how you walk from the bunkroom into the bedroom. Then I realized you went back out and then through the bathroom to get that shot.

Looks great...except for that ridiculous exterior staircase to the entrance door...needs a properly sized landing. Entering/exiting the home with shopping bags in hand will be the epitome of 'awkward'....silly.
