My cousin had an imbalance like that between his upper legs. He ignored it for a year or two and it turned out to be a cancerous tumor. By the time they diagnosed him and amputated, it had spread. I'm not saying you're dying, but... maybe you should have an ortho look at it and see if he should refer you to an oncologist about that shoulder.

Probably much easier if you previously tried playing games with your keyboard. I used to play lots of games on emulator using my keyboard arrows/wasd decades ago and it carried over to me labbing something quick with keyboard when I was too lazy to get my stick (it was Tekken so I was doing crazy stuff like Korean backdash and wavedashes but it was easier to get the hang of vs stick) to that carrying over to playing with hitbox.
