@@Joshuatl23 Thank you!!!! We REALLY appreciate it!!! As for the fridge…yes, it’s small. But for us it was a big step up since at Werner we didn’t have one at all. 🤦‍♀️ Now Kevin shops once a week for fresh produce and frozen things. Usually pulls in at a Walmart or walks to a store on his reset. We also buy things we can leave out of the fridge and we don’t refrigerate our eggs (though that’s apparently controversial). Some drivers bring extra coolers/freezers with them. Let us know how you end up dealing with it. How’s orientation coming along?

Yes! Kevin is getting good miles. More live load/unloads than he likes, but keeping busy. Has to communicate and work together with his asset manager when he sees the timing of certain Pre-Assigned loads that are unproductive. Things slow for you?
