He was basically preying on her he kept on giving her glances, smiling at her and at one point he stared at his family photo on the desk because he felt guilty so he put it face down also he gave her a golden Star and wrote on her work “stay after school” then you could see the way he was pushing on her when he was pretending to help her and how he was flirting with her and you can see from the girls reactions throughout the video that she’s very innocent and naive since she’s portrayed as just a child😬

The song is from a longer movie/rock opera called K-12. Most of her work is made of songs that are part of a connected storyline. This one was a school. The one before that was establishing her character Cry baby.

Her albums are concept albums and tell stories. She has videos for each song and if you watch them in order you get all of it. If you start with the Cry Baby album you can see the main characters progression. In fact it is the same character from Cry baby all through the album K-12.
