I fell in love with Ruan's voice from the first time I heard this ending and I've been obsessed since then. Fun fact Ending 2 "Orion" is the most viewed anime ending ever on youtube. currently the 16th most viewed anime song of any kind on KZbin. At its peak it may have been the 6th most viewed(maybe 1 better, maybe a couple lower). It is the only Ending in the top 20. KZbin views are an imperfect measure for lots of reasons(some songs get posted multiple times splitting the fanbase, some top videos were removed due to copyright reasons, older songs from before a huge internet are at a heavy disadvantage etc.) but it is still a very impressive showing for an Ending Song.

I remember when march comes like a lion was announced, most people was making fun of the name cuz at that time "your lie in april" was very popular, and people though they were trying to cling on to their fanbase, but soon after everyone was proved wrong, because it made a name for itself, and is one of the most heart-warming/breaking you ever see, i was rewatching some scenes and the tears just came out on its own... A true gem of a show, Studio Shaft at their peak with this series, The Monogatari and madoka serieses are very great, but this is a pure and crystal clear masterpiece. A Visually stunning emotional ride, you would love it, I highly recommend it ❤🔥🔥🔥 [Since you've watched madoka, you can piece together that this studio really love symbolism in their art style as present in both series as you can see 😂😂] And truly, anime endings are underrated which really hurts me considering my favorite songs are from a show that literally has no openings (since it's a movie series), which is of course the endings for the garden of sinners movies, especially that (Aria) one [ooooh my gooood], heavily recommend it. 😊 It is a true hidden gem of a series, a little bit brutal and very dark at times, but has a great message overall. Ending 2 "Orion" is my favorite ending in this anime and one of the most favorites ever. I'm glad that the endings are being reacted to and I'm counting on the next ones. My suggestions are to make up for endings from other series that you've already managed to react to openings like endings to Ranking of Kings, Psycho Pass, NANA, Gintama, D.Gray Man, Shakugan no Shana, Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin and more. If you have any interest in watching the full versions of the endings, you should know that both the 1st one by bump of Chicken and the 4th one by Ruann are AMV's that have scenes from the anime and manga. They are slightly spoilery even if the scenes are out of context and is much more about the emotions the characters are feeling than anything else. Still, you may want to wait on those two until after you have seen the anime. I would love for you to watch the anime and then go back and do the full version of the songs.

RUANN is a phenomenal singer who deserves so much more love and success. She began performing and making a name for herself from such a young age and sadly had a rough career through no fault of her own. Her most recent role in Moonchild ended with her requiring medical leave following abuse and her Korean debut before that lead to her trademark "RUANN" name being taken from her due to contract reasons. 😢 Currently she's still signed with CDL and LHD the companies behind Moonchild and her fans are hoping she recovers and is able to continue making music with them. Luke, let me just tell you right now…as a family man yourself, you will absolutely LOVE March Comes In Like a Lion. I’ve watched more than 500 anime in my lifetime and I put this anime in my top 10 and maybe even my top five. I’m just disappointed we only have two seasons because this show got me to read the manga and if we ever got a season 3, it would be a downright banger. I’ve probably watched this show four or five times through already and I could probably watch it again. It just invokes so many emotions. I’m not joking Luke, I think this show will both break and warm your heart. It is a truly special anime. I won’t get into spoilers since I could see this show getting Twitch voted, but your post-ED analysis was way off. The MC is not related to any of the three girls you see in the OPs or EDs. However, if you watch the show, you’ll see just how special of a connection they have to the MC. I’ll just leave it at that.

I've been waiting for this for awhile. This is wonderful. Bump of Chicken's full length version of March Comes in Like a Lion's song Answer is great as well. I'd love to see you react to it but you would definitely get some spoilers from watching it since there's clips of the show in the video. March Comes in Like a Lion def has some sad moments but I don't think it's as sad as you think it is. Clannad and Angel Beats are much sadder. InuYasha has great endings. So does Fairy Tail but I think you've reacted to those endings already. SKET Dance has great OPs and EDs but I don't think the show is popular enough for you to ever react to. I hope you watch March Comes in Like a Lion someday. It's been in my top 3 anime I've watched ever since it first aired. The author of March Comes in Like a Lion also made Honey & Clover as well.
