You're not going to get all the answers in season 1. Hell, Anime and Manga fans are 1000+ Chapters/Episodes in and don't have all the answers, but then again, there are some things we have answered, such as the source of non-devil fruit powers. You probably won't get that answered for a while, unless they decide to explain it earlier than the source material. That said, this show is following a format of 1 season - 1 saga, so the number of episodes will be much smaller for live action, although it will take probably 12 seasons to tell the full story, and right now they are tentatively signed for 6.

When the devil fruit mention by koby, everyone think "STRONG" ppl gain power from devil fruit, shank don't eat devil fruit,thats why he swim to save luffy in ep 1. in episode 1 if shanks serious fight with that sea monsters, just with single swing, that sea monsters will cut in half by him. Remember when Mihawk meet with shanks in ep 8,what shanks says to his crew? Show LITTLE respect in the presence of the MIGHTY WARLORD OF THE SEA.

I actually think they are going to be able to get farther in the story in 6-8 seasons than people think. Yes it's a huge story but there is a ton of delay and exposition even in the Manga that won't carry over to Live Action. For instance as far as the anime is concerned there are fights that take up 40 episodes that the live action will take care of 40 minutes and this happens A LOT.

@@benjaminroe311ify YOu may be on to something. Also the fact season 2 is confirmed to have two showrunners makes me think they are doubling the episode count per season. If that is the case, 6 seasons becomes very doable. Also, it likely means both Alabasta and Skypea sagas in season 2.

The cast for Mihawk was perfect the actor did amazing job. Mihawk aka Hawkeyes is base of the Spanish conquistadors you can see this in the Hat clothing the cross he wears since conquistadors were really religious also the music in the background is Spanish also the cockiness when he speaks also referring to the Spanish Conquistadors. Also Mihawk is not devil fruit user he is just really good and strong just example how stronger are the opponents in the grand line devil fruit users and non devil fruit. users good reaction 👍

Mihawk does not have a Spanish Conquistador (Military Explorer) base per se, but more of a French Musketeer (Elite Royal Guard) mixed with a German Landsknecht (Medieval Mercenary). Yes, he has a Spanish-Turkish vibe on his physical looks, which are reinforced as well with the Pasodoble/Flamenco Theme it usually plays whenever he shows up. Cheers!!

@@kevinrafaelriverabueso1419 "Monster" one of Odas earliest works The main character is Ryuma "The Swordman King" Oda derived a lot of the elements of One Piece from Monster. Ryumas personality is very similar to Luffy and his way of running into situations and problem-solving is similar to Zoro Ryuma even has the "swordsman pride" deal Zoro was preaching at the start of One Piece First Mihawk and Shirano Monster's antagonist have many striking similarities Mexican design inspiration back to the Spanish origins also another interview ODA said that Dracule name was because at that time ODA was really into vampires at that time so will have to see to me and a lot of people Mihawk is Spaniards with something more like Romania since Dracule origin we'll see cheers

Concuerdo, Mihawk tiene un aspecto español, pero no de un conquistador español, porque los atuendos de los conquistadores son más como armaduras de metal. Compare the metal-armor looks of the Spanish Conquerors of the Road to El Dorado movie, and you will see Mihawk does not have those clothes, but yes, his physical is Spaniard, and yes the vampire looks are Dracula style, which is a Rumanian lord, which is why I said turkish, because Rumania was part of the Ottomans who were basically Turkish. I totally agree with you on the Spaniard side, but not on the "Conquistador", creeme wey. Blessings!!

fun fact from the anime vs live action: the man Mihawk kills when he's introduced, the guy with fur on his armor, is Don Kreig and is actually the main antagonist for the Baratie arc of the anime. But he sucked sooooo much, so many people didn't like him that in the live action they just killed him right then and there even giving him an "off screen death. and like, i don't think anyone complained.

Cat captain is fast because I'm this universe you can train to your body be stronger and faster beyond typical human capacities. Mihawk has no fruit powers, shanks either. Zoro has no fruit powers but he's insanely strong. Luffy is strong because of training, his rubber fruit supplement his strength, e.g. he can punch/kick as hard as he can without hurting his hands or feet
