My respect for your passion and give it all in the session ! Cardio aspect, muscle pump, muscular endurance... At the end of the day, which of the above did you feel that stands out more in such a session ?

Hi! To be honest it is all three of the aspects you mention. The first 20 minute Navy seals session and then the 100 1 pumps are the best for all 3 aspects. After that it was mainly muscular endurance.

We went to Disney World Florida. We enjoyed it but the wife was ill unfortunately. Something she picked up just before we arrived. Not cheap there for sure!

I agree, with limited time its better to get some intense brief workout sessions. Last week i was getting 10/15 min stretchs of time after a general warmup, so i worked as intense as possible in the cold and wet
