A big shoutout from The Netherlands! 💜💜 I am a big fan of your workouts. This one is extra challenging for me, since I am coping with a low-iron-issue but still want to work out at my own pace. I love it that I can change my weights accordingly and still have a great workout! I really like the way you present the exercises and your cues are very helpful. You are really inspiring 🙂.
