Thank you so much, Laurie! With the weather keeping me off my bike, I was happy to see so many new “Larie” low impact cardios. Until I’m comfortable going back to spin classes I’m sticking with vids for cardio. Yours are my favorite. Yours and Jessica Smith’s fusions, but she’s not posting new ones. Thank you again, be well.

Hey girl! I started doing your workouts when I was pregnant last year and I really loved how challenging they were. I'm now 8 months pp and I'm able to keep up with your regular workouts! I love your style and the fact that you're super cute doesn't hurt either :) Thanks for the free content!

Thank you Laurie! My son is 7 months old now. Last year, I did your amazing prenatal workouts. I'm still careful with jumping but it's great that you always offer an 'easier' way to complete the exercises. :)

Whew! That was hard and really good! I can't jump because having 7 children means I have to be careful with the pelvic floor, but I did donkey kicks instead--that being upside down is easier on that area. However, I also still have diastasis recti. Are planks a no no for that condition? Should I do everything from the knees? I feel strong in plank but I don't want to cause more damage inadvertently. Would love if you could mention in the workouts specific "mom modifications" for pelvic floor and abs.

Is the music we are hearing the music you are exercising to? Because if it is I would be too distracted by the fact that you’re not moving in rhythm with the music. Some people may not be bothered by that, but it would be a complete dealbreaker for me. Otherwise, I’m seeing moves We did in a low-impact beginner aerobics classes in the early 90s. Effective, but nothing new- sometimes you have to go back to the very basics that worked. Jane Fonda? Yep her moves are here too!😂

I’m not listening to any music here, and I’m not moving to any specific bpm. Just pushing with the intervals. My barre workouts are typically the only workouts where I’m moving to a specific bpm and dub over. With this workout I encourage everyone to move at their own pace to get to that desired rate of perceived exertion. You will see exercises on my channel from decades ago. Squats, shoulder presses… rows even. I like things that work. The thing that works well with this particular workout is the intensity you’re putting into the movement and moving at a pace (not to the beat of the music) to make that happen.
