This 30 minute Barreless Bootcamp is designed to challenge you. You will need: a set of light DBs (3-8lbs) and an optional mat. That’s it! There is very minimal recovery time during this workout, so take breaks when needed! Also, I cued less to transition more smoothly to keep the HR slightly elevated. This is challenging. This was perfect. Larie, your barre workouts are always my favorite! Just enough cues, worked great! I love love love how encouraging and authentic and REAL you are in your routines :) I'm trying to get myself back to running from an ITB injury and this was a really good step forward for me in stabilizing my glutes, hips, legs, and core again. Your barre workouts are the absolute best out there. This was personally my favorite video of yours. I like that you offer both 30 minute classes, as well as 60+ minute classes. I would love it if you did some 45 minute classes as well-That’s right in the sweet spot for me. Thanks for all the great content during quarantine!

Larie, I LOVE this video! Thank you so much! I find videos without music to be much more fun -- I love being able to play my own playlists. SO NICE. Barre workouts are my go - to and this is a great one. I do like that I was able to use a barre for support (instead of a wall). Please keep that in mind for those of us that need the barre for support and injury prevention. Please continue to post regularly. You are the best!!!

The only thing I love more than my morning coffee and dessert is a good morning workout 😊😊. Started my Thursday with this totally awesome one 🙂. Larie, thank you so much! You can’t even imagine how happy I am that I came across your workouts ☺️☺️☺️. I love my workouts to be an hour long or a little longer so I combined this one with another 30 minute body weight toning workout and got a good combo. P.S. Love your brick wall and your chair 😀 😍😍😍.

Wow. I am a sweaty mess. That was TOUGH. Everything was on fire. And you look great. My kids are home too. A fun class with your kids might be fun for my kids to watch. Something active because it's still cold where we are at and outside time is at a minimum.

Also, I'd love to see some core workouts...that's where I need the build more strength. I'm a runner and have pretty strong legs, but core and arms, man...haha

This was a wonderful workout. I had limited time this morning so I figured short and sweet, but it was really short and sweat :) I love your workouts, I find them challenging but not crazy, and easy to follow. My only suggestion, as one who has been taking classes at gyms for 4 decades (stuck at home during Corona , sheltering at home)....since we're looking at you, we're mirroring your moves. It's a little confusing since you're saying right/left, while we're doing left/right, mirroring you. In my experience, it's easier for those following (harder for you, though) if you would call out opposite from what you're doing. Just a suggestion....I love your workouts, your style, your personality. Stay safe and healthy, you and your family. Thank you for this!

I was dreading doing this workout but I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. I did refrain from jumping and doing full planks. Just not sure of my abs are good after having baby in February.

Larie! I'm on my third week of your Month 1 strength training program. I am hungry all. the time. Any thoughts on what to eat while strength training? I'm just constantly eating cheese sticks and nuts and yogurt outside of regular meals!

I think the majority of us can relate to this 💯 I post a lot of what I eat in my stories on my IG @lariemidkiff I’m not a registered dietician, so take what I say with a grain of salt... I’d suggest eating more voluminous foods. Foods that will make you feel full. Veggies, fruits (berries in particular), and lean protein. Our body uses protein to repair broken down muscle and typically uses carbs the best for fuel/energy. Here’s what I’ve eaten today: Veggie egg white omelet Pamcakes (brand of protein pancakes) Cauliflower shrimp fried rice A cookie lol YOLO Spinach taco salad with lean ground turkey and pretzel thins for the crunch Wheat bread with PB2 Fit crunch bar (protein bar in snack size) Will be crushing some tuna tacos, veggies, and an oatmeal/yogurt/fruit bowl this evening. Drinking ample fluids will also help. Hope this helps ❤️❤️❤️
