I just love you!!! I am creeping 50 and wanted to look good in a dress for my son’s wedding in May. I sure wish I could post photos. Other people would be astounded! I have tried so many different workouts at home over the course of my life and yours are by far my favorite! I have not been more "addicted" to a regular workout routine ever! So glad to have found your routines. They work perfect for my super chaotic schedule, so whether I have 15 minutes or an hour, I get my burn in every day!! Thank you!!

I have autoimmune issues so the workouts I use to enjoy doing actually have a negative impact on me now. I love and adore your workouts because I never get bored… love the no repeat workouts… and you are so good at the encouragement and support as we work our bodies to become their best. I add them to my power walking and my rebounder workouts. ❤
