What I learnt:- Warm up 2 sets -lighter weight that regular (10-12) DON'T LoCk up, use muscles not bones. Push yourself such that min. 6 to 8 reps by yourself and proper shape.

sorry if I am wrong but I think the main cause of muscle imbalance is due to the tradition of taking support from the first rep....means it's wait you can't handle and you are trying it so naturally the pressure will be more on one side and less on other leading to imbalance.....sorry Gaurav bhiya if I am wrong....

Harshal Patil reduce fat percentage while adding muscle mass ..try best to do more decline and incline bench , abs .. test ur estrogen level as compare to testosterone and get some medicine to prevent estrogen ..also stop taking soy etc which increase estrogen ..that’s all I can say
