@@kavishgour3267 sorry for delayed reply. For Straight sets I take up weights with which I can complete the prescribed reps with proper form, basically the last rep is like can’t do another one. After each session I can feel burn inside the muscle group I worked for . I did this for 4 weeks and really very good result with proper diet. At present I do different routine every week .

Sir i am a 30 yrs old guy...i had a lower back sugery....laminectomy and discectomy at L4.L5 level 1 year back...and there are many such people having this type of surgery...so kindly post a video to strengthen my lower back muscles so that i can do gym workouts....
