I was one of the “Success stories” that was able to work out with you in your last videos. That was such a monumental moment for me. You shouldn’t have any guilt, your smile and encouraging words changed my life at a very critical moment. Being in the videos was great, but meeting you was the true blessing. Man, I had such a hard time keeping up in the workouts. It was intense. I was told I was too pale, my hair was a disaster, and so on. BUT, not from you! You called me out on FB for everyone to see and say I was crushing it! Yet again taking the time to make someone feel worth while. People love you because you are a light, and truly care for others! Thanks Chalene, seriously!!!

Wow Guys, this was one of your best show so far. ❤️ It was so good to hear her talking about her experiences. I was a professional dancer for 15 years and everyone in my family thought and said to me that I can only be a dancer, because that is the only thing I am good at. I can not tell you how many times I heard - after I stopped dancing - from family and from friends that " You used to be sooo pretty or skinny." It hurts. Especially because I work out and I am stronger than I ever was and finally I eat real food. When I was a dancer I used to eat shit like chips and sweets and coke. I was sooo unhealthy and sooo unhappy. Since then I got my teacher degree, I work with special needs kids, I have a great husband and I am healthier and happier than I ever was...🥰 Sorry for the rant and thank you for the amazing show and for your great work!💪

You all do such an incredible job calling out the lies in this culture. A powerful episode about family, financial accomplishments and fitness. Chalene is so engaging and authentic. It's evident all 4 of you have a truth you want to share. I appreciate having not only a woman’s perspective but a mothers perspective so much. this really meant a lot to me. "Learn to love your self first then lose weight. The side effects are how you look. The real effects are how you feel." I love the part about parenting. Teaching kids that they have all the resources and tools for their own success. “Don’t do for them, what they can do for themselves." Excellent episode.

I used the Chalean program around 2008 and not only did I lose my baby weight but I got into the best and most ripped shape of my life. It was also one of the reasons that I got interested in what at that time I perceived as heavy weights. I now have an IFBB bikini pro as a personal trainer, and certainly I now see that the Chalean program was geared more toward beginners, but it was very useful for me, and definitely put me on the right path

Chalene’s Turbo Jam workout DVDs is what initially got me into exercise when I was a teenager. I’m now almost 35 and I still workout regularly and love it. I agree! These gentlemen are very authentic and speak the same truth over and over again. I’m a new listener and have been binge watching their videos. My mind is blown at the concept of reverse dieting and strength training…I’m just beginning to live this change and,boy howdy, 😮it works!! I used to do cardio first in order to have the energy to hit it hard before doing strength training…now I’ve flipped it around and already seeing contour changes in my body 💞 And I now have the courage to do deadlifts, squats, etc…and practicing doing them with proper form.

Chalene, I am an entrepreneur and I work with startups almost exclusively. I am not a business mentor or trainer but have slowly become one to my clients because they are so clueless. The idea of balance is a later thing...not the startup phase. I have yet to see one succeed who starts with the work life balance. I have founders sleeping on their couches at the office right now. You are talking several years in, maybe 5. When i think about the advice applying after year 5, yes, spot on. But before that...idk. You need a certain cushion of cash too before you can walk away from opportunities, but u r right, must assess which opportunities are right. The work life advice is pre first million or pre steady income where you can affors to walk away from opportunities. It isn't always apparent as to what is the right or wrong opportunity esp if you are trying to disrupt industry standards. Mad respect for all of you. I think Mind Pump is a fantastic brand. Pure genius guys.

The comment about needing something to listen to in the shower. 😂 That’s me too. I listen to podcasts constantly throughout the day…cleaning, working out, cooking, showering/getting ready…

I love the theme here about seeing and helping the person vs seeing and fixing a problem.

Great show and authentic conversation, thanks for including us!! As an entrepreneur I wish I did what I did best and let others do the rest…I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to do it all thinking my way was the only way…

I remember doing some of Chalene’s videos when I was 16-17ish (almost 31 now) It’s so cool to see how much her mindset has evolved since then and for her to then share all that insight and be so candid about it all… pure gold. As far as her comment about social media turning in to people only posting voice over-pointing videos. *That* is one of the main reasons I deleted the apps off my phone. Nothing about that is entertaining or interesting to me, and that’s all I was ever seeing anymore. Waste of time 👊🏻
