Loved the talk at the beginning Duncan! I can relate to the feeling of enjoying yourself food wise on vacation, and then trying to balance that with some training. Nice work here too brother. Those court sprint are championship level efforts there Duncan!!! Incredible effort!

@ yes, I did several busy dad training sessions but never consistently over a period of time! But whenever I did it, it gave me a good grind for sure
