Das wurde sofort in meine Playlist „Full Body“ gespeichert! Herausfordernd und doch verflog die Zeit - obwohl ich zwischendurch echt geflucht habe! Währenddessen kam mir eine Fragen und ich wollte sie einfach mal stellen: Bei einem Strength workout eher etwas schwerere Gewichte und dafür weniger Reps? Achte seitdem ich mit dir trainiere immer auf die Form. Da deine Ausführungen einfach perfekt sind! Wird man immer wieder auf Haltungssachen gestoßen 😅 Danke ❤
