No she doesn't. She has extremely poor form in the kettlebell swing. She doesn't have the strength or shoulder flexibillty to do the halo properly. Also, if you have severe anterior pelvic tilt like she does, lifting kettlebell will harm her spine in the long run.

Training with a kettlebell is my favorite, especially because it is also a HIIT, years ago when I had just lost 20 kilos, I thought about running, until I came across a KB. I was 65 kilos all my life, but after 40 the kilos slowly crept on, after I lost weight I was 65 again, but then I got Corona and long Covid and gained 10 kilos. Now today I trained with 8 kilos of KB, last time I did this I alternated with 4.5 and 8. Before my long covid I trained with 12 so... I'm back on the right track 🥳 Thanks to you Kathrin, I now train with you every day this month and have lost 1 kilo, before that I trained a program with the TRX 3x a week and 1 workout from you, but I feel Now much fitter and not hungry for snacks. Thank you 🙏🏻

J ai moyennement aimé. Peut etre parce que mon KB de 10 kgs est vraimentbeaucoup plus gros que votre KB. Donc j ai du prendre un haltere pourcertains mouvements pour ne pas me blesser. Et du coup pas pas le même ressenti. Sinon je vous adore toujours et je fais vos trainings tous les jours. Je suis devenue Strong grâce à vous. ❤❤merci

Thank you KayKay for another amaizing workout. I haven't KB home so did it with DB and it was still very challenging. Full of sweat by the end of the session. This was fun and though at the same time. Like the repeat. I was planning to not exercice today because of my headhache and stomachache I had all the day long.... But pushed my self even the 20 first min was very difficult to follow along ... But suddenly was getting more and more energy and coud finsih the session. Now feeling even much better.... My headhache almost disappear and my stomach a bit better. Exercising with you is the best medecin ever Kaykay. Thank youuuuuuuuu
