I was nervous about my first FB workout without Daniel or Kelli - I'm so used to their style and their energy, you know? But Tasha is fantastic and I hope we see plenty more videos with her! This workout kicked my BUTT! I also think Tasha has a nice, guiding voice that would be good for a slow yoga flow. (*hint*😉)

I have been working out with Kelli and Daniel on and off for the last 8 years, so I was very nervous when I saw some new faces! Coming back after about 6 months of not working out, so decided to give it a shot. This is my third day in a row doing videos with Tasha, and she is fantastic! All of her workouts have kicked my butt, dripping with sweat once done but still doable. Such a great addition to the FB team! Can't wait to do more workouts with her!

This was my first workout with Tasha - Kelli has been my go-to for the last couple of years - and I Ioved it! It’s easier pushing through those full throttle 15secs intervals as you know you’ll have a 30secs break afterwards! Tasha is so composed and really great at explaining each exercise - a much needed reminder to check my form! Great workout Tasha, thank you! 😁

I am so glad you guys ditched the calorie counter. It always felt unnecessary and out of place on FitnessBlender, where the aim is to feel healthy and strong, not watching your weight and tearing your hair out over your calorie count. I felt pressure and disappointment when half an hour of exercise only amounted to maybe 100-200 calories burnt. I've never had issues with eating but I know Kelly has, and it bothered even me. It doesn't need to be there to be healthy! So, brava folks, really happy to see it gone! A step in the direction of greatness!🙏

That was both harder and more fun than I thought it would be. Everytime I wanted to stop, I'd hear Tasha go, "I KNOW!" and "MAXIMUM EFFORT!" I took a few more pauses than given but I'm going to work towards finishing it in one go!!

Good one Tasha. Great pace. I’d ask to include stretches into the warmup I.e extend the warmup a little bit. This will help slow starters like me, stay motivated to workout! Otherwise my blood pressure shoots up too quickly and I get a migraine. Love the 15 min burnouts

Love love LOVE this workout! Made me feel so strong & fast. Especially enjoy the langer cardio intervals that consist of multiple exercises. Did need a bit more of a warm-up because my ankles are finicky but FB has lots of those so that was no problem 🙂

This one is good and different. Higher intensity than some of the other HIITs but with quite basic moves, which is an adequate mix for intermidiate level.

Such a fun workout, defiantly did some old drills! I also loved the timing in this workout, plus I was able to add a strength workout on before the cool down. Only critique is when you do warm-up they kinda start high I personally appreciate a more gradual warm-up for my breath and bones. Both ways get the job done! :)

I am always looking for new FB vids because their training now is different than what it was 8, 10yrs ago. I seen this one with Tasha and said to self : "Who the heck is Tasha??? Where my girl Kelly at??" But I gave Tasha a try. Um, did she just get out of the Army or something? I'm surprised I made it past the warm up! Definitely did not finish this video but it's in my saved list for later today. I couldn't go to work half dead and beat up 🤣🤣🤣😭😭🤣🤣🤣 Will definitely look at more of Tasha's videos I haven't seen a new video from Kelly. Is she preggers??? Inquiring minds want to know 😊😊😊
