I love your work outs. They seem easy, but the next day I feel every muscle I worked. I noticed a lot of your work outs are also knew friendly and I appreciate it 🙂

I was feeling a bit tired to want to jump around with cardio this morning, so this workout was a great way to wake me up and start the day. Thanks. I do your workouts three times a week as soon as I get out of bed.

this was a really good exercise ... I didn't exercise for a while because of the pain in my cervical spine so this was a good introduction to re-exercising ;)

That's just what my body needed! Also, thank you for reminders about hip placement. It's so easy to lose site of that if you're not reminded so I really appreciate those verbal cues. Thanks Marischa!

The expression says “Be careful what you wish for” well I wished for more of this type of workout. My word that was wonderful and my next wish? Some more of these please. Many thanks Marischa you were very true to your word when you said a standing Pilates was coming soon.

I put this video aside for so long because Pilates isn’t my thing. On my rest day, I still wanted to do something, so I thought ok, I’ll finally do this. I ended up liking it, working up a slight sweat and burning around 150 calories.
