I love your work outs. They seem easy, but the next day I feel every muscle I worked. I noticed a lot of your work outs are also knew friendly and I appreciate it 🙂

this was a really good exercise ... I didn't exercise for a while because of the pain in my cervical spine so this was a good introduction to re-exercising ;)

I put this video aside for so long because Pilates isn’t my thing. On my rest day, I still wanted to do something, so I thought ok, I’ll finally do this. I ended up liking it, working up a slight sweat and burning around 150 calories.
