I did it!!! I can finally get my knees to the ground when I do lunges. HUGE strength victory for me today. It’s all because of your workouts PJ. Thank you. I turned 50 in October and am stronger and more flexible than I was when I was 30!!💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I agree! I'm turning 51 in march and am feeling stronger than my 30's also. Good job at getting your knees to the ground in the lunges! 👍💪🏋‍♀️. Actually pj has got me back as near as I'm going to get to pre having a baby weight which was way back in 2001!

As a fellow lover of the F bomb, sometimes you just need one (or more 😊) to keep the workout going! Some people don’t like swearing in your workouts but, personally I love that it’s a part of who you are and it’s just an added bonus to your already fantastic workouts!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Hi! I am 47 and loving your workouts! I just happened to find you on KZbin. My 7 year old often tries to follow along with me in the morning or is sometimes just in the room playing. So I was surprised this morning when I heard the F word! He was playing his game so he didn't even notice. I'm going to keep doing your videos and make it a teachable moment of what not to say, lol! 😂😂

I loved this workout. Cardio is my favorite days! HR up to 157! Very effective, fun and sweaty. When I remind myself to hold in my core muscles, the kicks become far easier.

My pet hate lol boxing lol 😆 I'm the worst for coordination 😆😂 But I did it what I enjoyed was the standing abs the most only for your putting abs at the end I wouldn't go to another video to do them......thank you for that PJ Have a great weekend Steph 🇮🇪

Loved this workout!! My husband bought me a stand up punching bag for my birthday last week as i love cardio kickboxing. Along with some boxing gloves and I actually used it with this workout. Definitely pretty sweaty right now!

Nice and sweaty today! I'm much less coordinated than I originally thought...but I think if I had slowed down and REALLY engaged my core, I could have been steadier. Thank you for an awesome cardio workout!

Day 12 a bit late but the 7 month old twins laughed a grandma and my 4 yr old granddaughter did it also..I outlasted her
