Oh my goodness! Not enough adjectives for this workout. Stunningly marvelous. Wonderfully relaxing. I loved this. I have tried yoga several times and I love the stretches and movements but am intimidated by the lingo and trying to clear my brain - ha! But your gentle cueing and again your clear, concise direction made this so enjoyable. I might do this everyday!

Day 7 Done!!! My hips and butt are on fire, but in the best possible way. I just wanted to leave a comment and say that your workouts are great and I love watching you teach. I had been using an on-demand program and did the same workout over and over because I only liked one in the entire library. I thought I wouldn't find anything else that I liked on KZbin, especially the type of workouts I seem to prefer and then I found your channel. It is great! Plus now that I am 45 and have older joints its nice having a trainer that gets that. Thanks for sharing and I will be sure to join your Patreon.

Thanks PJ - good timing for this one (of course) - I was really sore from the previous workouts so a stretch workout was perfect! I also wanted to thank you for providing shorter workouts in this series. Sometimes the 45 - 60 min workouts can be intimidating or discouraging; I went from being quite healthy and active to a very sedentary lifestyle for the past few years. So getting back into a workout routine with a 30 min or less workout is manageable and gives me a sense of accomplishment. Thanks again!
