Oh my goodness! Not enough adjectives for this workout. Stunningly marvelous. Wonderfully relaxing. I loved this. I have tried yoga several times and I love the stretches and movements but am intimidated by the lingo and trying to clear my brain - ha! But your gentle cueing and again your clear, concise direction made this so enjoyable. I might do this everyday!

Day 7 done. I couldn't resist and decided to complete it last night before bed. Heavenly just Heavenly. Helped relax me and I feel must less achy today. Wonderful. X

Day 7, this was just what the doctor ordered and so what I needed today. Not sure about anyone else but my glutes are aching like hell. I'm walking like I've papped my pants 😄. X

perfect wind down from week 1 25 in 25. Very relaxing and pleasant, melty stretch. I've learned to embrace the blocks and yoga strap. See you tomorrow!

OMG!! I soooo needed that! Went for a 2 mile walk first to get the blood flowing for the day, then ended with this. Day 7 done!

Day 7 ✔️, I looked at this one first then did day 8, then day 7, I LOVED day 8, & followed by day 7 was great for relaxing my muscles, so day 9 here I come, thanks PJ 😍😘 xx

Day 7 Done!!! My hips and butt are on fire, but in the best possible way. I just wanted to leave a comment and say that your workouts are great and I love watching you teach. I had been using an on-demand program and did the same workout over and over because I only liked one in the entire library. I thought I wouldn't find anything else that I liked on KZbin, especially the type of workouts I seem to prefer and then I found your channel. It is great! Plus now that I am 45 and have older joints its nice having a trainer that gets that. Thanks for sharing and I will be sure to join your Patreon.

Thanks PJ - good timing for this one (of course) - I was really sore from the previous workouts so a stretch workout was perfect! I also wanted to thank you for providing shorter workouts in this series. Sometimes the 45 - 60 min workouts can be intimidating or discouraging; I went from being quite healthy and active to a very sedentary lifestyle for the past few years. So getting back into a workout routine with a 30 min or less workout is manageable and gives me a sense of accomplishment. Thanks again!

Just completed the recovery workout (day 7) and my muscle memory of yoga classes I attended 20 years ago kicked in - loved "shavasina" at the end - thank you for this program - Namaste !!

Much needed workout. My body thanks you. Need to do more yoga on a regular basis. I do notice that it bothers my knees in some positions. Need to work the muscles around my knee area to make them stronger. Enjoying this challenge!,

Day 7! I woke up as if someone was using my butt as a punching bag. I was honestly scared to see what todays workout was going to be and apprehensive. I found that this workout was exactly what I needed! TY PJ this made me feel so much better! I 👍
