These shorter more clickbaity vids originally got my attention, made me realise you are an excellent teacher and now I'm doing your longer Yoga sessions 2-3 times a week for the first time in my life and really enjoying it, So thanks heaps and I hope the strategy is working as a gateway for others too.

The dog-lion humor was enough to clear my crankiness, exercise my lungs and chest muscles and am all up with teary eyes from laughter. Am a man in my 50's and found your video educational and practical. Thank you too for the simple exercises and their explanations

Very good instructions and usefull. There are manny video's. Witch moves are the basics. I'm 51 years old and I can not fold like that. Never could haha. .... compliments on ypur voice. Beaurifull

I appreciate that you don't just show us a bunch of stretches and send us on our way, you explain why a person should do these and how it benefits us. I also appreciate that you don't dump 10 stretches onto us in one video, you keep thing simple and easy to follow for anyone of any fitness level, including someone like me who suffers from Fibromyalgia and often has Sciatica.

Thanks for the video! Been trying to do these the past couple of days but they are harder than they look. I'm particularly having trouble with the hamstring stretch. I think I'll stick with the goal post lunge and do my hamstrings with a different stretch until I'm flexible enough to do step 2 😆

Love the “terrifying” dog (so funny) and your channel. I do nerve glides for my forward bend mobility every other day and I am seeing results. Before that I had been stretching my hamstrings and doing elephant walks with no results. One simple test and you were right about me. Great content here! I just hope my hip sockets are tea cups and not pint glasses 😂 feels like pint glasses still but I’m optimistic.

If only I could sit on my heels ('working on it), bend my toes (big toe cartilage loss) and if my thighs/hips could open to do these exercises. .. I'm doing as you advise: a little at a time and lo & behold, 'am showing signs of improvement. At my rate though, I'd be thrilled if in a year from now I could do these. I'm saving the link for that happy day & am grateful that your channel was suggested. Just watching you move with such grace and ease is inspiring me to keep at it (am 68 and just now after pain & progressive mobility issues has it sunken in that I gotta do something for my body). Better late than never. Thank you for being so inspiring!

These are perfect. I used to teach yoga and practiced for over 30 years but shifted back into mostly working with weights and added occasional Yin yoga. This is a lovely way to start the day. Gentle and easy, but definitely gets the energy flowing.

These stretches are perfect for me . I am nearly 83 yrs old . Practiced yoga off on for 50 yrs , but drastically curtailed and finally gave up due shoulder and knee arthritis , leading to three artificial joint replacements . I took up resistance training , hired a personal trainer. I am encouraged by your teaching and want to start practicing . I found your channel by chance , I am impressed by you Keep up the good work

I'm actually just waking up and watching this video in bed ! I'll try the dancing camels when I'm out of bed, but usually my morning stretches are inchowrm + hip drops and half neck rolls, then modified sun saluts (no chaturanga, just hip drops instead). I realize I don't do any side stretch, I do should incorporate some ! I love Benny with the lion "hairband" (can't find the word in english !). Liv, I love your alignement/anatomical vids but I miss your follow along flows. Please come back🙏🙏🙏

I've been doing these stretches every morning (more or less) for about a month now, and while I'm not sure about them making me feel more awake, i am certain they have improved my flexibility enormously! Especially in my sides and back, I can now do wild pose quite easily, which I hated at just the end of last year!

Thank you for your encouraging, well-explained content!! I really saw improvement using the nerve glide demonstrations. I can do the first one of the stretches shown here but do not have the power needed to move my whole body in the last two. Is this something I can work up to? I am 71, healthy and active (long walking and rebounding, light weights) and would love to benefit from your stretches. I was appalled the other day to have trouble lifting my weight into a tall van using the hand hold. I weigh about 115 pounds. It was like I couldn’t accept it! I’ve been strong all my life and I want to continue being fit. Can I work up to the full stretches you show here? Is there somewhere else I should start? Thank you for your help!

Wonderful video! I tried it today for the first time and feel this is a good place me to start my stretching journey. The video is helpful but doesn’t mention that while stretching you are entertained by the creaks and pops and groans of your body, almost like crickets chirping on a summers eve. 😅

One of the best channels on KZbin! Any tips for improving sitting on heels position (both toes tucked or untucked)? This has been a problem for me since my ACL and meniscus reconstruction on one side and it affects a lot of the poses in yoga routines.
