Do you have recipes that use the whole scallop? Here in Maine we grow them - thanks to a lot of wisdom, advice and encouragement from colleagues in Aomori and Hokkaido.....

Love the channel you the music n yr cooking and that brittish accent. No diss you should say foam or froth instead of "scum" it has a sexual meaning or another bad meaning in the usa like someone who is rotten to the core like a bad 🍎🍏. Other than that no complaints. Ganbarimasou oo-chef sensei.
