Thank you so much for your video Michael - the practice has strengthened and eased by body and mind over the last couple of challenging months. I’d love to hear how this video can be used when increasing the number of repetitions. There’s something so peaceful about your approach, voice & rest between each practice which I want to retain without leaping up to pause and unpause. IGrateful for any suggestions. Alison 🙏

I started practicing the Five Tibetans in May 2020 and gradually worked up to the 21 reps by weekly increments. I am 70 and have never felt better! I stopped for two months after my wife passed, but realized that I was much happier and healthier when I was doing them consistently, so I began again and do not plan to stop. Practicing them in the morning consistently seems to work best for me, before my daily activities begin. I highly recommend them - they are not as daunting as they appear once your body adjusts and grows stronger.

Sorry for your loss. May your wife enjoy her new found freedom on the other side. There is so much evidence that we go on. There is no death. As for the exercises I’ve been doing these two years now and when I don’t I notice the difference. I dance to some EW&F of Bhangra afterwards and feel exhilarated.. It’s a great workout combo!

I just learned about this through reading James Nestor's book 'Breath'. Absolutely fascinating and complements a lot of the measures I've been taking for health and flexibility. I found the guidance on when to inhale and exhale useful on this video (I have been scooting around KZbin to see how different instructors approach this). Thank you for the time and effort you have put in here - really very effective and perfectly paced. I think you will get a lot more visitors as a consequence of the Nestor book which I am recommending to all my friends.
