This yoga class includes a spinal warm-up (cat cows and all the good stuff) and then we move toward flow sequences which include Warrior 2, lunges, squats, splits, mandala and more. Breath to movement and a lot of energy and movement in a compact time. I completed 100 straight days of yoga today....and every video has been a Five Parks Yoga video! This was the first video I did of yours, and so I revisited it today to celebrate. I am stronger, healthier, and happier because of you. Thank you so much for all of your videos. I am so happy I picked up yoga during this quarantine. Thank you!!!

Great sequence. Would be improved by cues happening before the movement rather than during.

I don't know why I never did that one before? It's exactly what I'm always looking for at this point in the week, when an hour is too daunting, but twenty minutes seems like a cop out. I was dragging and this got me warm and pumped up almost immediately. BTW that 23min flow is also great when you want to work everything, but not do too many chatter.....oh forget it - push ups! My yoga poses spelling is so far off the mark I'm not going to embarrass myself.....any further. 😜❤️ Thanks Erin ❣️☃️❄️🎅🎄🦉🕎✡️🕎☮️☯️🕉️

This was hard for me but I finished it! Looking to tone up and feel better about my body. This seems like a great video to get heat going and help with my new vitality and fat loss regimen.

Hello Erin , follow you to do yoga for long time , just want to say your vinyasa flow is the best among youtube for me . So calm , smooth and good pace enough to concentrate without thoughts. I hope you can recover from knee pain one day , we are waiting for you to make more high quality yoga class video . Blessing~

I have improved SO MUCH doing your videos! I remember the first 45 minute power yoga I came across and said hey why not. It was difficult but now I have so much more skill and control. You are such a great teacher. As soon as I clicked on this video it was over. None of your videos are boring.

These vinyasa flow classes kick my behind! I'm excited that I'm learning all of the poses and am able to have more flow between poses though I have to admit that my breath isn't always in line with the poses. I love, love, love the balance poses. And my side planks are getting stronger. I'm noticing a difference in my arm strength too as I continue to do so many downward dogs and high planks. Thanks again for helping me get stronger while calming my mind too.

Love this flow. So smooth between poses and great for when I don't have a lot of time. Would love for you to take this class and add onto this flow to do a 45-60 min version!

This was great. It's a very doable and very challenging class which is a really good combination. Good for me after a day off when I definitely want to feel like I'm getting some cardio benefits and burning some of the ice cream off, but without overdoing it so I need another day off and more ice cream. Yes, yoga is one of a very few healthy choices I make. I'm asking it to counter act more than anything could, but it's holding it's own pretty good. Anyway thanks, Erin, another week started on a good note. So party at mine!!! I'm kidding. Unless there's some good suggestions..... no I'm being good!!!

This was great -- even the butterflies seemed to approve! (Do you happen to know what they are so I can look them up?) Lots of fun new surprises in there to keep us on our toes! The balance sequence had my legs burning a little, so that was good! Nice to have a few new shorter options.... Thanks!
