I love the order of the poses in this class. My hips have been tight my whole life and I've always wanted to have a more flexible lower body. Today is day 2 of following this practice and I definitely plan to make it a part of my daily routine.

Just did this one again and it is my favorite lower body stretch practice! I love the length and focus on the DEEP stretches for lower body. Would love to see more like this one in the 30-40 minute range (maybe adding some different poses like King Arthur stretch, splits pose (hamunasana), sugar cane, hero pose and seated straddle stretch & side stretch).

This was a FANTASTIC class. I have really enjoyed every one of your classes that I have taken but something about this series just really hit all of the right spots! Love your classes Erin, I'm training for my first (which exact one still to be determined due to the COVID-19 pandemic) marathon so I've been doing more of your gentler yin style classes recently and I've really enjoyed each and every one. It would have been great in this class, if a modification alternative to the pose where the calves were meant to be parallel, stacked on top of each other out in front of the body was given, for those of us with stiff unwieldy hips :) Your PV/flow classes are the best I've found online for my rest days from running when I need more of a challenge. So hope to be able to get to one of your retreats one day once things (fingers crossed) get back to semi-normal. Sending you endless thanks from NZ :)
