Hello! I just suscribed to your channel and LOVE what you are teaching. I am asking here because this will be great for my husband BUT I am the opposite in that my left leg is really turned in and my left is just slightly turned in. My hip are unable to turn outward and rom is severely limited. Where should I start? Thank you and looking forward to going through your channel.

Because I'm trying to help a broader population. Many people in the field have a hard time telling what the ISA is, even harder when gen pop. It's easier to me to assume worst case scenario strategies.

So if I'm following you here...with end game narrows unwind distal to proximal (focus on tibia first, first half of your video) and with end game wides work top down (second half of your video).
