Yes! I have duck feet. I feel like when I try and walk with my feet straight, something is twisted. I feel something isn’t right

I wish you would answer. I’m 25 5’7 150LBS and I have problems from my feet all the way to my neck. I have APT and duck feet and I’m very limited in my hip IR. I think my femurs are so internally rotated and that why they can’t internally rotate anymore. My tibias look externally rotated and that probably what causes my duck feet. All that comes with very arched low back, depressed sternum and rounded shoulders. If I stand in place for 5 minutes my low back sores. How would you start treating it?

Because I'm trying to help a broader population. Many people in the field have a hard time telling what the ISA is, even harder when gen pop. It's easier to me to assume worst case scenario strategies.

Hello! I just suscribed to your channel and LOVE what you are teaching. I am asking here because this will be great for my husband BUT I am the opposite in that my left leg is really turned in and my left is just slightly turned in. My hip are unable to turn outward and rom is severely limited. Where should I start? Thank you and looking forward to going through your channel.

So if I'm following you here...with end game narrows unwind distal to proximal (focus on tibia first, first half of your video) and with end game wides work top down (second half of your video). I'm I on the right track here? Aditionally, what brand adjustable slant board are you using in this video?
