Thank you so much for this video! I’ve been trying to correct my duck feet while also working on my powerlifting technique, so this showed up on my feed at the perfect time! 😊

Hello! I just suscribed to your channel and LOVE what you are teaching. I am asking here because this will be great for my husband BUT I am the opposite in that my left leg is really turned in and my left is just slightly turned in. My hip are unable to turn outward and rom is severely limited. Where should I start? Thank you and looking forward to going through your channel.

Amazing video. How come you don’t mention the archetypes at 1:40? That would be a better determining factor of sequence right?

Because I'm trying to help a broader population. Many people in the field have a hard time telling what the ISA is, even harder when gen pop. It's easier to me to assume worst case scenario strategies.

Hi Zac, would you start to improve ER before IR even with wides (limited in both - regarding on layers of compensation)?
@danielkarbasov78024 ай бұрын
i think this will be late er, you need to restore early er first to open some space in end game wides
@ZacCupplesPT4 ай бұрын
Think shift body/COM backward first. Moving backward = Er

So if I'm following you here...with end game narrows unwind distal to proximal (focus on tibia first, first half of your video) and with end game wides work top down (second half of your video). I'm I on the right track here? Aditionally, what brand adjustable slant board are you using in this video?
