ITS BATTERY BLASTS DURING CHARGING & WHOLE BACK PANEL IS DAMAGED INCLUDING SCREEN PLASTIC BEZEL MELTED DUE TO BLASTHEAT. I TRIED HARD TO FIND DEAD PIECE OF SAME MODEL BUT CAN'T GET SUCCESS. Hello my friend! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Regarding your question, if the previous casing is repairable, you can use plastic putty to fix it, then spray paint it with your desired color. If the old casing isn't salvageable, you could use acrylic sheets (plexiglass) available at local stores to make a new frame. Measure the dimensions of the casing carefully, and order a custom cut using specialized cutting machines. You can attach it around the LCD with double-sided tape, but avoid using super glue, as it could damage the laptop screen. Before you begin, make sure you've watched all the channel videos thoroughly and are familiar with the process.

@RestorationDivision I managed to fix on MDF board but problem is I can't use LAN eathernet port housing as it was on plastic body that was burnt. So using only wifi. I tried to cut and fix back panel from scraped laptops of Asus but it has another problem screw holes doesn't match with upper keyboard panel part. Now as per your kind information I will try once again. Hope this time it will fix most problems. Thank you friend for your professional kind help.💝👍🏻👍
