those lenses are in a terrible state. I'd use wet 'n dry from 1500, 2000,2500 and then 3000 grit and then spraay with two coats of 2K lacquer ( which contains UV protection). I'm still wondering whether to lower my F56 MINI!

The problem is not the bulbs. The lights are finished from the sun and need to repaired with the common options you have for getting the lights back in the new form.

Bro, You should also consider refreshing the reflectors and that plastic "glass" it is foggy as hell and those are very affecting the light range especially on xenon lights, You really dont need the led upgrade, just refreshing polishing the glass is all they need.

I recently bought a set of AFL’s to retro fit to my vxr. But I need to buy the igniter and ballests as they’re missing. The standard lights are truly awful. I think I’ll get a set of these before I fit them

Thats definitely an upgrade I'll be doing. I just thought mine were too low, but its the same as yours 👍. I've been on their website but no Vauxhall/Opel option in the vehicle selection 🤔

Yeah no specific vauxhall option but D2S is what you need for the dipped beam if you have AFL/Bi Xenons 🙂

actualy whn u want to remoe the h7, u can just twist, as u can see the h7 holder isnt full closed, u can twist and take it out, try it and feedback :)

i have a gtc 19 diesel, i hae h7 in original headlight for halogen. but i bought osram led road legal night breaker, they are insane, but in the inspection they told me i couldnt use led in halogen headlight, i should buy another headlight look xenon so i can use the led without flashing other people, any advise about this ? sick car i almost bought an vxr (opc) in portugal haha love it, cheers and nice video, keep helping the others.

Astra used to comes with the halogen lights which looks the same as xenon, they got that glass lens but they fit a halogen inside or led like on your case.

Its because led bulb in a halogen housing wont have the right beam pattern and just sends light everywhere instead of being aimed properly compared to a halogen style bulb which its designed for

Grate may fit them into mine . Definitely you lamps are very badly faded thay need sanding and polishing to remove the yellow hase that will increase the light again
