I began doing these exercises with Imi in August, 2022 just weekdays. At first I was doing them every day Mon-Fri for months, then, I decreased them to at least 3xs a week. I had a hanging belly as a result of losing weight. Now, my belly and lose skin is evening out. What I wanted to say is don't give up on this. You will have doubts that it's working, but change will not happen overnight. Here I am 2 yrs. later saying this and looking back, there were times when I wanted to give up on Imi many times and holding the lose skin in my hands LOL! Imi's enthusiasm and smile brought me back each time. ~Stel

Hi Imi I just discovered your channel ,! I'm 60 and have rheumatoid arthritis and just started the other day and did the one for the stomach. I could truly see a difference. I'll keep at it. This is low impact and done sitting which helps alot of people who cant stand long. As time goes I know it I'll get stronger. Thank you..

Hi Imi! I lost 20 lbs in a little over a month using your different yoga videos. I went down to 158 but seem to be better for now at 160 lbs. I will stay here for awhile so my body can adjust to the change. Then I will aim to lose 10 more pounds and if I feel ok I will lose another 10 lbs getting to my goal weight of 140 lbs. Thank you so much for your videos. I haven't watched your Secret to Losing Weight yet. I look forward to watching it. I've recommended your videos to so many people. I am getting amazing compliments and I'm 75 years old.!

I did this peeling massage for 2 days and in the the morning after i had almost diarrhea, I´m usually quite constipated and i did not understand what had happend, then I realised it had to be the exercise I did the evening before. Bigan Yoga is realy interesting and I will try more of Your exercises. Many thanks to You.

Hello Imi!!! I'm very grateful to you! After 2 weeks of the peeling stomach fat, the flabby arm and armpit fat massage, the hip joint massage, the breast massage and swing arms dance.... Imiiiiiiii!!! Domo arigato gozaimasu!!! You're saved my left knee 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏7 months ago, I got a serious injury inside my knee during a normal walking day with my husband. The ACL knee were injured, but they didn't break 😔. My left knee was swollen and it was very painful to walk 😭😭😭😭😭. Every day I walked to my work. Even after receiving a kinesiology sessions and wearing a knee support, the pain remained 😱😭. I didn't want to give up, so I made so many research for yoga session. My body fits very well for yoga training. And I found your channel!!! Now I can dance and jump! The pain nearly left me! I still have a tiny tiny pain in my ACL knee. I will give more time to my ACL to recover. MAURURU IA OE! Hi Imi, thank you for sharing your knowledge with the world. I'm 41 and I haven't been able to lose weight since having my 2 kids over 10 years ago. I'm asthmatic, so I wasn't able to do vigorous exercises to lose weight and whatever exercises I did do, did seem to make any difference until now. I can feel my body getting more shape n firmness since starting your exercises a month ago. I have already lost about 800g and I feel more energetic. God bless u.....you are amazing. I just want to ask 1 question about the peeling of fascia on the stomach...is it safe for women who have had cesarean....I did last 12 years ago but I just wana make sure it won't pull anything apart inside. I did this yoga 🧘‍♀️ & its was much easier for me to do. I had a massive stroke that affected me on my right-side. I felt my left shoulder was straining a bit, but I had to learn to do everything [walk, talk, build strength, learn to write with left hand] i use to do facial yoga for the first couple of year after my stroke it help with my face drooping. My face is still not there (I can notice), but I trying to get back into facial yoga, yoga, self-love and so forth. Thank you for you vids!🥰 Your voice is very soothing. So I'll take before & after photos starting tomorrow. This was just like a warm-up & getting familiar with the exercises. I'm an apple-shaped, so my area i carry the most weight is my midsection/back. I have no booty 😅 so its a work in progress too. [Had CVA massive stroke when in was 27yrs old. Neurologist told my parents that I was not going to makes it, for them to say their goodbyes & call a priest to do last rites. A couple hours later I was consciousness. I tried to speak, but my mind worked. It was very frustrating. I stared at the neurologist 🙄😶😒 I was like don't be killing me off😂 I'm alive biatch! It took me a week or so to be able to talk, I thought I was speaking English, but they called a translator, its was Japanese (I've studied it in the past) she said I was making clear sentences. Then I don't know what happened I forgot everything. Speech therapy was difficult learning English (I used to be Fluent in both English & Spanish, knew some French, dabbled with Italian & Romanian. And was studying Japanese) Now at 42yrs old I speak English with expressive aphasia, stutter/stumbling over my words. Can understand Spanish for the most part but have ask my mom (Panamanian) for help, speaking Spanish same thing but more difficult with the expressive aphasia. My old doctors said I was always going to be in a wheelchair. I did Physical therapy for 4-5 years, occasionally needing to go back because I overworked like a shoulder (frozen shoulder, tennis elbows, whatever it maybe) I went thru all the devices wheelchair, walkers, quad cane, cane, AFO for my foot drop, then got a walkaid for a couple years,, switched to botox in the leg & now I only go in if my foot drop or my big toe starts ruining my shoes...it has a lot of tone. Yes I tend to ramble on emails, texts, commenting on the internet cuz its must easier for me. Gives me time to think of what I want to say. Speech 💬 is another story, though I may look normal to other ppl they can get frustrated with me, then I have to tell them I survived a stroke. There attitude seems to do a 180° Which is sad 😥 cuz I believe everyone should be treated with kindness, patience & respect. I have seen people who get frightened even for a cold or fever especially after Corona... but your struggle shows that it is how deeply our creator has engraved in our genes the desire to live, (Ecclesiastes 3:11... He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has even put eternity in their heart) ... he has also promised all of us, eternal life, without pain, without any suffering on this very earth... When i was five my mam had a stroke. I was the one who found her i had the good sense to go and tell my dad. It changed our lives forever my dad couldnt cope looking after my mam and me he ended up loosing his job. I ended up looking after my mam tying her laces puting her calliper on. I helped her by holding her arm and she used her stick she was paralysed all down her left side. I remember people looking on with pity. I learned never to stare at someone no matter what they look like i am a better person because of that. I thank you for such a inspirational attitude that only comes from great struggle i wish you well for your future . As i have been told you should write a book to inspire other stroke sufferers to give them hope.

Thanks for your story. It sounds quite similar to mine. I had a massive stroke when I was 7 years old. My whole right side was paralyzed and I lost my speech too. My parents were told that I may die but I if I lived, I probably wouldn't walk again. And because my stroke was unexplained and I was so young, that I probably would have several more strokes throughout my life. I am 55 today and have never had another. THANK GOODNESS! I had to switch hands, I am now left handed. I can walk, run, ski and ride a bike. My right hand does very little though and still has minimal coordination. I have spasticity very badly in my hand, arm and foot. My right foot is dropped. My speech has returned but I have a very hard time finding words that I want to say, this has been extremely frustrating for me. Other than that my life is pretty normal.I am pretty used to my limitations and people don't realize unless I tell them. I have a husband and three teenage sons and have lived a fairly normal life!

The "Just Swing Leg..." has helped me amazingly. My lower belly has lifted dramatically! Also, cut sugar intake in half this week, then by half again in a week or 10 days. Keep your bread and pasta servings moderate, filling the 'gap' with veggies.

Esgoy tratando de wncisdge las fotos de mi progreso despues de los 14 días y no logro que te lleguen . Pude notar que baje de los lados de mi abdomen pero me falta adelgazar en el frente de mi barriga. Yo sigo haciendo los ejercicios y estoy complementando con el masaje y me siento bastante bien. Realmente quiero bajae mi barriga que es la zona que realmente me preocupa

Estoy haciendo los ejercicios contigo y he notado que mi abdomen ha ido bajando. Para el 1 ero de enero se cumplirían los 14 días. Al empezar tomé una foto de mi abdomen y al finalizar los 14 días me voy a tomar otra y te la envío. Te estoy escribiendo desde Venezuela.

I've tried for four days now the 3 videos you have mentioned in this video....I feel the change of how I feel about myself and also there is inside movement happening, enough said for me I'm continuing with videos I know I will feel much better in my body transformation if I do 🤞🏼 💪🏽. Hi Imi, I'm Preeti from India. I love you for the way you explain and demo everything. But I just wonder or if I say I doubt that doing just this much my hanging belly will go. I have done many difficult exercises but my hanging belly has not gone. Now I'm 47+ and into my perimenopausal state. Please help me to stay young and fit for long time. My major concern is my belly fat ofcourse. Wait for your reply I have subscribed your channel too You are just amazing. I will pray God for your growth and well being!🙂

Just do 2 or 3 different ones each day. I sometimes do 3 of IMI's, other times 2 IMI's and a 5 minute arm, standing ab exercise or booty blaster. The 10 min booty blaster by Denise Austin is a great one. Pam Reif nd Bailey Brooks are great, too. I rotate, but do only the ab ones where u are standing ...no sit ups for me! I'm 69.
