A flight attendant is outraged by what he believes is a lenient sentence that was handed down to a man who punched him and groped a couple of his colleagues onboard a Frontier Airlines flight last year.

How dare they say "he got friendly", with the flight attendance. He sexually assaulted them! Why are they flipping the narrative like this. He should have had a much harsher sentence.

Just remember: The government wants teachers to tell boys in kindergarten that they could be girls but don't know it, and guys who think they ARE girls can walk in women's rest rooms. Being that's the case, this guy was just being 'friendly', according to those depraved standards.

Disgusting to say he got friendly and handsy WTF he sexually assaulted those two Women and no doubt would have done it again had he not been restrained after striking the male flight attendant. He definitely endangered everyone on that plane, what if the captain and co pilot had a serious technical issue come up at the same time, the role of flight attendants is safety first and foremost, serving food and drinks are secondary tasks, they have to continually upgrade their safety knowledge and the manuals are very technical, my Cousin was an International Flight attendant for 26yrs and when I shared a house with him, those manuals were too hard for me as they are very technical. He should have been sentenced to at least a year and have to have mandatory sex offender rehabilitation classes. He is disgusting, how many young women do you think he has sexually assaulted before, I reckon a lot.

Sixty days in jail? What an insult to everyone on that plane that was endangered. Judges have got to give these criminals sentences that match the danger they present. Barry should have had to undergo a mental health evaluation and attend AA while in custody and on probation (he started this whole thing when he was refused his 4th drink on the airplane). These events on planes are so much more dangerous than on the ground. Sentences should reflect that.

Last August Enio Socorro Zayas was sentenced to 6 months in Federal prison for groping a female flight attendant. In April this year Scott Russell Granden was sentenced to 21 months in Federal prison for groping a female passenger he sat next to. Berry groped two flight attendants and punched one. Federal guidelines call for up to 20 years in Federal prison and a $250k fine for each assault. Berry assaulted three flight attendants and will only spend 60 days in a county jail.. That district judge in Florida needs to be investigated.

There needs to be a class action against him to reimburse everyone on the plane for their ticket, the flight attendants mental anguish, the airlines extra costs. These people need to also pay for any diversions and inconvenience to passengers who miss flights. Judge won't do it maybe a jury will.

I'm happy that he got ANY time! He got 60 days, so he'll do a month and County jail is hell and in his case, will act as a deterrent. Still should've ALSO been required to take some kind of anger management course, so he keeps his effing hands off of women - drunk or not. (I can't think of any other course a court would offer that deals with not touching women - that's why I mentioned anger management.)

Him walking out of that courthouse- THAT'S the cocky strut of ANOTHER young priviledged white man who got away with just a slap on the wrist. But, all this aside, this just gives license to all those despicable people who behave badly on flights and mistreat and abuse flight attendants license to continue behaving this way. THIS type of behavior should NOT be tolerated. To ensure this, people who engage in this behavior should see themselves taking a vacation behind bars for no less than a year. No probation. No time served. A YEAR IN JAIL. PERIOD!

@@pimpompoom93726 Not surprised that there are people like yourself who dismiss the fact. It's this dismissal of the reality of racism that has us continually experiencing what occurred in Buffalo, NY. People liek yourself do not want to confront the VERY REAL reality of racism in the U.S. I'll just write what I responded to someone else who had a very similar response: "... Time and time again we see how young white men from families of money get a slap on the wrist or face NO penalties for their crimes. Brock Turner- 6 months for rape. Chris Belter - only probation for the rape of 4 teens. Shane Piche 25yrs old- No jail time 10 years probation for the rape of a 14 year old. Michael Wysolovski 33 yrs old- 8 months jail time and 10 yrs probation for the rape of a 15 yr old. Ethan Couch- multiple arrests for drunk driving. Multiple drunk driving accidents. Last accident while driving drunk he ran over FOUR people killing them but a total of 9 were injured. Those traveling in his car 2 were injured w/ one of them left totally paralyzed. He got TEN YEARS PROBATION. He was seen many times afterwards drinking and partaking in drugs. I can continue this list. It goes on and on and on and on. Let me know if you want more names."
