I love the way that you keep your recipes with minimal and similar ingredients. Very helpful and the repetition on the recipes is what makes it easy to make. I have tried your bacon fried rice and will definitely try the noodle recipes! I thank you very much for taking the time to share. Camera person, thank you as well.

To separate the fresh rice noodles, I was taught to place it in a bowl of water, swirl it as it separates. Then drain it before stir frying it.

i went to culinary school and my loves asian cuisine so i will defiantly be making some of these. we bought some oyster sauce to see how it tastes. i am not a seafood fan so if it does not taste like seafood we are good. otherwise we will have to find the mushroom version. i think i am going to make the dan dan spaghetti for our lunch tomorrow. the only thing i would do differently is is grate all the veggies.. one thing i learned is grating everything is faster and gives better flavor the trying to fine dice and no worry about big chunks of anything. we use the powdered peanut butter at our house.. we put it in everything from oats to shakes to salad dressing. we find it is less messy then trying to scoop from a jar.. if we want a pb/j samich then we slowly add water to the powder to get the constancy we like. so best of all words using powdered peanut butter.

I LOVE noodles!!! I do have to ask restaurants and home cooks if they use nuts or peanuts because I'm allergic and sometimes they use peanut butter to enhance their lo meins as well as their sesame noodles, so I ask every time.

Love the noodle recipes, but I would love to know what size and make the wok you are using is. Here in the UK it seems that flat bottomed woks with two handles are almost none existent. I did check your list of items used, but everything appears listed except the wok. Look forward to your reply. Thank you.

Ohhh honey you have made me Sooo happy. I never knew about the vegan mushroom version of the Oyster sauce . - Thank you !!! I would NEVER use vegetable oil. So Use Olive Oil is great. I have found out that Raman’s Noodles make me ILL so I stopped using those.

@Flo Lum Hi there! just found youre channel and watched a few videos, and i LOVE IT! Just one simple question..... I am sevearly visualy impared (but that dont stop me from cooking amazing foods!)... But my question.... Are you male or female... In different video's i get mixed signals by the tone of your voice... Just to be clear.... I dont give a flying F about who what or whatever you are/was.... It's just that as an visually impared person, some voices are difficult to difine and/of can be confusing... Just a little negative backlash of our handicap... ANYWAY... besides all that... lovemaking your recipes.. awesome by a long shot of a lot of other tubers (trying ro manke) good dishes! Keep up the good work! PS... love the cat going 'miauw"in the background... LOVE CATS... that was SO cute! anyway... youre awesome!

Just use lard and some ghee. Or just lard. Avocado is suppose to be good, but I do not like the smell. Which isnt string, but puts me off. Some home-made lard (pork), or some bacon grease of your choice. You can use a mixture of evoo and ghee. I stay from the gmo oils.

The flame under the wok is waaaayy to weak to even talk about traditional stirfrying. The idea is nice, but you need a special burner for real Asian ( East) stirfrying.
