The AF 737 was used from MIA to French islands in the Caribbean. You would fly from Paris to MIA then connect to the 737 flight. Iberia was a similar operation. Now the routes are mostly flown non-stop from Europe.

Thanks for the explanation. It did seem out-of-place, if one were to assume it was flown from Paris to Miami. 😄

No, Air France used to use 737-200's & 300's from Miami to SXM (Princess Juliana International Airport). The island is essentially half French & half Dutch.
