This coach is so good. When I did hurdles in middle school, it was like, "good luck dude"
@ajakennedy60724 жыл бұрын
@That One Haha. Not everybody's middle school school has access to top notch hurdle coaches. A lot of them have to work with what they have/who's willing to try and coach.
@ajakennedy60724 жыл бұрын
@That One I'd argue there's some gray area between injuring a child and being as good as the UT Austin hurdle coach, but I'm also not too worked up if you have a different opinion. Stay safe!

Love watching Keni on the hurdles. Her technique is so superior to the other girls. That's why she holds the WR.

Hey, do you think Syd could take it away? She is great in the flat 100 and has the age-group record for 14yo (like a 13.35). I think her technique is bad for now, but who knows by Paris 2024.
@koolhandduke40875 жыл бұрын
@@efisgpr --I love Sydney, she has star potential. Never know what the future holds, but for now, Sydney is better served in the 400mH. Leave the 100mH to Keni.

@@efisgpr nah the 100m hurdles is a differnt world it would take her years to get to wear these ladies are even if she does fix that awful technique of hers and I run both but she is a beast at the 400mh tho

Great production as usual. You need to do tori Bowie next and also try to do Coleman or bromell on a block day and get raw footage of them doing block starts and take them from multiple angles

Interesting to hear coach Flo talk abt training these top athletes and how they're high intensity training that mimics the atmosphere of worlds (the aim for this year) or any major track meet. This is ideal for any athlete hoping to push themselves in the company of other athletes who perform at such high levels. To think that Syd Mclaughlin amongst her reasons for leaving coach Flo said that she felt that she was putting a lot of pressure on herself whilst training with these athletes and needed to get away from that is interesting. Only time will tell whether Syd made the right move or not. Not that Joana Hayes is any less of a coach. This should be an interesting year for hurdles

No real complaints honestly, but when I see this it makes my blood boil in a good way. I can still smell the track. I still go out when I can - maybe i'll have kids that I can train.

@koolhandduke40875 жыл бұрын
ME--Ok, I'll respect your opinion, but I see many that will out-shine Camacho Quinn. Here are just a few: Brianna McNeil, Shereka Nelvis, Christine Manning, Tobi Amusan. Sally Pearson, if she is still competing at the same level.
@mb0425 жыл бұрын
Yeah true. But people like Sharika nelvis, Jasmin stowers, Christina Manning are inconsistent. I’m not sure if they are even going to make the team. We are yet to see that from Jasmine.
@mb0425 жыл бұрын
Yes. I totally forgot about Brianna. So I think Brianna and keni will go 1,2 with Sally Pearson in the mix and I do think Tobi amusan is one to watch for but I think Jasmine Camacho-Quinn is one to watch for too. & I think she could out run tobi.
