I need to make a correction in the statement I make at the end of the video. A viewer pointed out to me that is has not been "proven" that smelling rosemary helps brain function but that the findings are only "suggested". All testing, which has been limited, does show that benefit to memory but the studies have been too small to be conclusive. I appreciate corrections such as this from viewers as I do not want to be the source of incorrect information. Cheers!

I for one Love the smell of Rosemary. It always reminds me of a delicious meal my mom used to make. So, I believe that would go into good for memory . It brings me very happy memories, for when I was growing up.❤️

How did I miss these topiary videos 🤦♀️ Now I have a new project to try. I rooted lavender this summer for the first time so I'm going to use some of these. I also grew Rosemary, I'll give that a try too. Thanks Pam 😊

I made my rosemary topiary from herb cuttings I bought from the grocery store. I just put them in water by my windowsill and they rooted. No rooting hormone needed :)

Cool, yes people have rooted plants for years without rooting hormone. It must be noted that treating with rooting hormone speeds rooting and is not the reason why they root.

Yours are beautiful, 5 years to make those, wow! I guess its worth the money when you see them in stores the topiaries are always so expensive. Saw a tree/triangle one at Lowe's was so tempted to buy it but we'll be moving out soon.

I saw those too, they are so pretty. Yes topiaries can take a long time. But the time goes by so fast. The Lowes here had lots of different topiaries this year too. They get them in around the holiday season so I am sure they will have them again next year. I thought the Rosemary ones shaped like a tree were lovely, I may go this week and see if they have them on clearance. Also the size of this is relative to the pot size. If I put these in larger pots they will get bigger. I wanted to keep them on the smaller size to have them as decor on my table in the winter.

Excellent video. I have a large rosemary bush in a pot, on my patio. It survives the winters and I make an effort to give it water as it is needed. It presently has 2’ long tendrils on it. Would it be too much of a stretch to cut 2 or 3 of those and try to start them as new topiaries by stripping the leaves down those tendrils, 18” or so? My good judgement tells me that they’re too long to start cuttings from and I’d be better off to start shorter cuttings as they’d have a better likelihood of taking root, but I wanted to see what your opinion would be. I’d like to start 6 or 7 of these and grow them in blue and white pots from TJ Maxx or some place similar to give as Christmas presents to best customers, w/ my business. Maybe tie a silver bow or something to it, next year in ‘24.
