This was a great challenge! I laughed when u suggested Brad holding my hands! This was such a burny sequence, I had to take a few breaks; but I did it! I’m like u: I’m not crazy for Breaststroke, but I know it is soooo good for me. Thank u!

It's awesome! I've been looking for these particular Pilates exercises for a long time. You're the only one that pays attention to lumbar position and proper breathing rhythm. These are really the most important things in Pilates. Thank you so much!

Hi Mira, i love your video's and lessons. I am a pilates instructor too. What camera do you use for your recording and do you stream also with the same camera?

Thank you for watching! Currently with shoot with two normal iPhone 11s for my classes and steaming. From there I edit in premiere pro. The most important thing is to get your sound and lighting right. For the sound, we use Rode Wireless GO www.rode.com/wirelessgo . I personally think they are great and now they have released a Wireless GO II For the light, I use two super cheap lightboxes and a lot of natural light from large windows.
