Thank you for watching and your kind words Matea! Your legs have some of the largest muscles in your body and when they are tight it can be tough. Just give them a little stretch every day and they will become much more forgiving 💖

I absolutely love this class and unlike some stretching videos, it seems to help and not hurt my lower back☺️ I think I hurt my left leg at work last month, the whole back of the leg is extremely tight so I want to do this regularly to see if it helps. I love your creativity, any plans for another hamstring/inner thigh stretch video soon?🤗

Wow that absolutely killed my shaking everywhere! I have been HIIT weight training and running and getting tighter everyday! Plus I am a hairstylist. I think I’m going to do more Pilates now to reduce all the pain I am In
