~Ingredients (for 4 eggs)~
~Egg liquid~
Egg yolks - for 2 eggs
Light flour - 30g
Baking powder - 2g
Milk - 20g
A few drops of vanilla essence
~Meringue~
Egg whites - for 2 eggs
Sugar - 25g
Cornstarch - 20g
How to make
1, Mix the ingredients of [egg liquid] and make sure there are no lumps.
2, Whisk the egg whites and add the sugar and cornstarch to make a firm meringue.
3, Pour the egg mixture into the meringue and mix gently without crushing the foam.
4, Heat a frying pan to a very hot temperature, add the batter and a little water, cover with a lid and steam for about 6 minutes.
5, Cover with a lid and steam for 6 minutes.
Turn over and steam again.
