As a Shenzhen citizen, Shenzhen airport isn't international airport, usually if we want to fly to US or UK, we go to Hongkong or Guangzhou airport instead of Shenzhen. As for the public transportation in China. usually all the airport, railway station, metro station is designed base on the peak week or peak time. Keep in mind, China has 1.4 billion people, in China culture, people like to go home with family to celebrate the Luna new year or other public holiday. so you will see more than 50 times people in the public transportation statons during the holiday than usual. don't be surprise when you see the massive stations in China.

I was on BA from the US to Beijing via Heathrow last Nov. Every segment of the return flight was delayed with a 5-hour sitting on board in London. The crew gave one excuse after another that I suspected that the crew was just running the clock for overtime. It was my 1st flight on BA in like 40 years. It was sad the see the British flag carrier fallen so low and pathetically bad.

I hope you can come back with a longer visa next time! Please remember not to go to central, southern and southeastern coastal regions of China in July, August and September. The summer in southern China is extremely hot, and it's also the summer vacation, so there are many people. You can choose to go to the northeast and northwest in summer. I recommend you go to the northwest region of China in September or October and travel the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, which is a very famous tourist route passing through Qinghai and Gansu provinces. Starting from Xining, the famous scenic spots along the way include Qinghai Lake, Chaka Salt Lake, Hoh Xil, Kunlun Mountains, Dongtaijinaier Lake, Shangshui Yadan, Dunhuang (Mogao Grottoes, Crescent Moon Spring), Zhangye Colorful Danxia, Qilian Mountain Grassland, and Menyuan rape flowers, etc. You will see huge inland lakes, pure white salt lakes, mountains and grasslands, colorful Yadan landforms, and deserts. The total length is 3,200 kilometers, which takes about 8-10 days. The scenery along the way is also incredibly beautiful. Although 3,200 kilometers may seem long, you'll only be driving around 400 kilometers per day, and there's no time constraint, so it's quite comfortable. First of all, this route is very well-established. You can choose to rent a car and have a driver accompany you throughout the trip (just the two of you), and help you arrange accommodations along the way. You just need to make sure to find a driver-guide who speaks English. Secondly, this route has not been visited by any KZbinrs yet, as everyone seems to prefer going to the south. The scenery in the north is definitely different from that in the south. The south tends to be more delicate and petite, while the north is more magnificent and grand. You're not beginners anymore, so be brave. Don't go to cities anymore, the most beautiful places in China are in nature!

It's not a sunbath, but a sauna in the sun.🥵 There are too many ancient villages in China, and currently, KZbinrs may have discovered less than 1/50... Wuyuan, Jingdezhen, and Huangling in Jiangxi Province have not been visited by any people. You can just drive along the road and find them everywhere by the roadside.

Hope you guys can visit Xingjian one day and expose the fake news from the West. A lot of other traveloggers went there and enjoyed it. Nothing like what's happening in Gaza is happening there in Xingjian. They have a lot of lamb dishes there but I'm sure you can find some unique vegetarian alternatives as well. Their dishes taste very different than the ones on the east coast of China for sure!

The Zhangjiajie National Forest Park has very beautiful and unique mountains that inspired the "Avatar" movies. The Guilin rivers is one of the Top 10 "Watery Wonders" in the world, according to the National Geographic magazine. Danxia's Rainbow mountains is considered the Grand Canyon of China. Go on a sunny day and you'll see all the spectacular colors reflecting off of the mountains.
