@@aditiigupta it may sound hard but believe me it’ll get easier. Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and whole wheat bread and black coffee and also you can change the egg with peanut butter with real honey not any honey Lunch: 150 protein 150 carbs “ no oil involve “ Snack: any kind of salad it doesn’t matter Dinner: yogurt with a half squeezed lemon and on cucumber if not enough add one more cucumber Note: drink whole a lot of water and 2 times green tea and don’t sleep if you just ate. Hell yeah!!! I have thyroid disease and I just game 7 pounds and three weeks. I just didn’t recognize my upper parts because I’ve never been over 198 pounds. And that started from 180 when I hit menopause. So tonight of all times, I decide while I’m in my hotel room that I need to find an exercise that I can run in place. And yours was the first one that made sense. I did it without stopping and Man 🧸💙♥️ do I feel good? Thank you so much for this video. I subscribed and saved.

I do this with 1kg ankle weights and 0.75 weights held in my hands. Ankle weights, I understand, are good to increase the benefit of the workout and I just happened to have these around, so I use them. I find this workout good and I have better stamina and muscle tone.

I am combining your weight loss program, the workout exercises you send everyday with this workout. I can say your workout exercises are not Husein Bolt like where after a few minutes you get tired. Instead they are marathon like we're even after 20mins you are still energized
