@@sudipmandal3596 I am actually from a rural area so things are cheaper from me.... oats are for ₹75 for 250 gms...... and we actually don't cook onion and garlic and spice ...so yeah... and raw milk from my cow.... for fruits I prefer seasonal fruits... for skincare..it's himalaya face wash...double cleansing twice a day... Vaseline as night cream..(it doesn't suit every skin type..I have combination skin)... pond's light moisturizer and biotique spf 50 sunscreen...that's it....
