When coke did its rebrand of Coke Zero recently, I grabbed one accidentally thinking it was a regular coke, horrible surprise haha. Unfortunately for a lot of consumers like myself, the after taste of artificial sugars will continue to make zero sugar and diet sodas less desirable

Tbh, I'm really happy about the zero sugar being more accessible since I'm somewhat newly diabetic. Got type 1 last year and the change was very hard but diet coke being so similar to the normal sugar was a great help

Honestly having a sugar free version that is indistinguishable from the original is probably a good thing for our overall health (unless it involves artificial sweeteners that have negative effects on health, in which case maybe not).

Oh my god That makes so much sense !! The amount of times I bought coke zero thinking it was coke and drank it half way before realising it was the wrong one is astonishing tbh. Now it makes sense why that happened
