The feet. SO IMPORTANT!
Your feet are the first joints to absorb load from the ground. If your feet are stiff and weak, then all the force is translated up the chain, into your plantar fascia, achilles tendon, knees, and hips!
This is why I love treating the foot, because it can help people with literally almost every ache and pain in their body. Like, #plantarfasciitis , #footpain , #kneepain and #achillestendonitis
